The way Alex pronounces "vent d'été" instead of "vin d'été" (summer wind instead of summer wine) at the end of the song is the most poetic and sexy thing ever...

Je l’ai vu à l’Huma et d’après ce que j’avais déjà lu sur elle j’étais déjà convaincue, sur scène elle envoie vraiment, ses textes, le rythme et sa voix envoûtent toutes les générations, je dépasse la cinquantaine et elle m’a fait vibrer… je suis certaine qu’elle ira très très loin !

Heard this in Trader Joe's last week and about lost my mind - couldn't catch the words, didn't have Shazam. Came home, tried for two hours to go through playlists and bands I thought it might be....to no avail. Today, I go to fire up the "newest" FF song I've yet to hear and afterwards I see a link to Alex Kapranos and someone else singing this classic and thought, "yeah, why not?". BAM!!! It's the TJ's song! I LOVE when that happens! A side note - I searched for what I now know is How Soon Is Now? for years until finally finding by accident about five years ago.

Only just come across this, having heard a version on a film ‘God’s Crooked Lines’. Absolutely love, love, love this version. Their voices are superb and I just melt
