I currently have 90 day trial for Drumeo and want to pay for a yearly subscription however there’s no option for me to pay for it. What do I do?

It looks as though it will - but will the code that comes with the Nitro Max stack on top of an existing membership, or is it only for new members of Drumeo?

Hi, Adam! Yes, the trial included with the Nitro Max can be added to an existing Drumeo account. Instead of creating a new Drumeo account on the code redemption webpage, simply click "Click here to add to your account" (see 0:36) and follow the prompts.

How do I reset the bluetooth connection? my bluetooth light stays on and it is not discoverable by new device.

Hello Alex - press & hold the Bluetooth button for a few seconds to disconnect a paired device. The Bluetooth button LED will change from solid to flashing after the module re-enters pairing mode. Check out page 23 of the Nitro Max user guide for more details! You can find the link to the user guide in the description of this video.

Hey bro does your bluetooth have light? Mine doesn’t light up even if I am using the bluetooth already, is that normal? Or should I return the module kit?

Hi there, the Bluetooth button should flash when the module is in Bluetooth pairing mode, and will become solidly lit after pairing a Bluetooth device with the module. Please reach out to the Alesis Technical Support Team, they'll be able to advise you further! alesis.com/support
