I understand his nervousness and I have to say this : I have so much more respect for him because his voice didn't budge even once. His body was shaking but his spirit and talent and beautiful voice were all strong and inspiring!

Более живого, искреннего и эмоционально правдивого выступления на этом Евро просто не было, здесь живой человек, передающий каждым движением то, о чем поет. Он не собой любуется, не думает как бы себя лучше подать, а переживает именно песню. По-моему, это один из немногих на сегодняшний день таких исполнителей, тем более из молодого поколения. Плевать,что не прошел, это пока не совсем его формат,он,на мой взгляд, камерный исполнитель. Очень надеюсь, что он на всю творческую жизнь сохранит в себе это душевное тепло и тонкую музыкальность, - все то, что так отличает его от всех нынешних певцов. Таких исполнителей единицы. Удачи ему и много-много новых песен, которые нас,слушателей,так вдохновляют и радуют!)

What The F*ck?!? HOW can this not be in the final?? It's one of the best songs this year. I'm so annoyed by that decision I can't...

I'm crying. He deserved to be in the final. The song is beautiful and the lyrics is touching. My heart hurts everytime I hear that song. And now it hurts even more because they didn't let him to perform in the Grand Final.

almost 4 years later and my heart still aches for this entry .. how come it failed? no explanation. this should have been in the final. i just love it so much, i can’t put it in words. the passion, the feelings. the way he performs it. he is an excellent artist and it shows + he is such a cutie :(( this entry screams high quality

Gotik Dunkelheit and also the live performance was bad compared to the music video. He was nervous, his voice was unstable, and the staging did not fit the original song vibe at all. They shouldn't have changed it to a ballad. Sadly, Europe couldn't see all the talent and what he is really capable of doing! The music video version of the song is absolutely amazing, I still cannot stop listening to it.

The jury performance was just perfect, see it on Yt, but still they only gave him only 20 points, the audience performance was sadly not perfect and he still received 65 points, so it was robbery by the juries, not fair at all! I am mad with Eurovision this year, the juries were all deciding wrong!

Clap Clap Ugh! Juries only support the unoriginal, generic, annoying and upbeat (israel, cyprus, sweden, czech rep) aka radio friendly mainstream songs because they have to jump on the bandwagon. They give lots of points only to the songs the _majority likes_ , while maybe a little bit less popular but _actual good_ songs are being ignored. Okay, I'm not trying to bash on any artists as I actually enjoyed some of the songs I mentioned above, but they don't hold any special meaning to me, yes they can be fun to listen to, but I can't really feel much love put into the songs. The juries are so biased and unfair!

My heart is broken about ALEKSEEV. :'( This song was the first one I fell in love in this ESC season, and I have never stopped loving it, and I won't after the competition too. I always thought he's a sure qulifier, but when I saw his shaking hand, I felt that something is not right, he was so nerves, but his vocals were still better than in his National Final. Good job, ALEKSEEV. Love your song, and I love your really nice personality.

Конечно,появилось дикое волнение....Но только после этого волнующего выступления ,я поняла,что это артист прям для меня.Я теперь не могу без его песен.Он просто мой вдохновитель.М этот номер прекрасен... Мне кажется, что Алексеев это некий изумруд среди современных исполнителей, обладающий очень достойными вокальными данными. Все его песни по своему уникальны. Жаль, что жюри этого прекрасного конкурса не разглядело все это в его выступлении, намного правильнее с их стороны пропускать в финал парней, копирующих Тимберлейка и дам аля Бьёнсе. Да в начале Никита волновался, обстановка такая, но после исправился и закончил номер достойно. Я думаю, в финале, уже на втором прогоне он бы выступил ровнее и вошёл бы 5-ку это точно :) Дальнейших успехов Алексееву, ну а для меня радость, что вышла в свет его новая песня, спасибо Евровидение!

This is my fav ESC song of all time. Period. I will never understand what happened. I know, I respect your tastes and everything, but... This was special for me. He touched my heart, it's just that, those are my feelings and I cried every single time... I love you, Nikita. In my heart, you were the only and eternal winner.

This was my 3rd place last year, and I know he was extremely nervous and petrified that night, sure I would be too, but I'm proud of the fact that despite his nerves, he kept his cool and deliver an absolute stunning performance. For that he definitely deserved a spot in the final.

Обидно, конечно, за Алексеева. Но мне бы хотелось отметить девушку, которая в этом номере выступала. По-моему, она просто божественна!

Волновался мальчишка, ответственность чувствовал. Руки трясутся у него....меня это так тронуло...Судьи наверно придрались к вступлению, он от волнения в начале, чуть с нот соскочил, но дальше-то взял себя в руки и вытянул! В этом году мне совершенно победитель не нравится...Настоящие песни должны побеждать, а не кукареканье.

А мне понравился победитель в 18 году. Был интересный и необычный.А Алексеев конечно фальшивил в начале,но потом все было круто. Жалко что судьи не оценили ((

Вы бы все лучше радовались бы, что он не победил. Мне вообще кажется, что, кроме отдельных случаев, настоящим победителем в этом конкурсе становится тот, кто занял второе место: потому что в случае победы стране-победителю придется принимать у себя следующее евровидение, а это пиздец как много денег, если в грязь лицом страна ударить не хочет. Пусть бы лучше рашка побеждала на том конкурсе: бабло там пилить все равно будут в тех же масштабах, а рожей примерить грязь роисси не привыкать.

Какой красивый номер! Красивый голос! Красивая песня! Я из Казахстана, вся моя семья болела за Беларусь! Думала попадет в первую 5 в финале!!

Есть те кто слушает это в 2021?)

Netune So disappointing :( I loved the drama and the authenticity of his stage performance. Still believe it edged out Ireland (in my list) but in saying that Alekseev’s song will be one of my favourites for a long time.

Уже несколько раз смотрю это выступление. И думаю, что то волнение, которое он испытывал, даже придает некий шарм и романтизм песне. Только вначале было тиховато, и сфальшивил. Но потом уже вроде как раскрепостился. Несмотря на то, что Алексеев не прошел в финал, я все равно считаю его офигенным молодым исполнителем, который достоин большого будущего. Он молодец!

it did show. (and i wanted a bloody hand ;) ) Still a masterpiece, no matter what the outcome is (and i dare to say he benefits from performing after a trash song)

Alekseev saw victory. But jury and televoting saw Belarus. I am sorry for him and his masterpiece. Love from France.

Going to eurovision is such a big deal, so it's actually very understandable his nervousness, his hands and his body are shaking, and you can also notice it in his voice. However, the staging is really good and the song is beautiful. With no doubt, this is one of the most underrated songs of the contest.

This speech doesn't make much sense, it doesn't make sense because there have been winners in Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Northern Europe, Southern Europe, the Balkans, the Baltics, in short, anywhere! I can clearly say that he was the best male vocal after Albania. I am sure that people - who don't sing - don't know how hard to keep a note that long without any shaking. And I don't believe that he got what he deserved. The contest just became a garbage. I was so angry to TRT because of their decision of not participating but I can see now that it was a right decision. Alekseev don't be sad because of the results. I am pretty sure you will have more successful life than most of the other "successful" singers in the contest. Greetings from Turkey 🇹🇷 🇧🇾 🌹

Рад, что столько лайков, - для исполнителя это негласная поддержка и уважение. Мне с самого начала понравился Алексеев своим уникальным тембром и проникновенным исполнением. И эта песня пришлась по душе, особенно прежняя версия. Сразу после премьеры сделал на неё фортепианный кавер. Ждем новых хитов, и желаем успеха!

Захотелось переслушать конкурсное исполнение Forever. Как искренне, с какими живыми эмоциями исполнена песня! Иногда думаю, что ALEKSEEV что всё что мог, часть души, в этом номере оставил. Не важно какое там место ему присудили, Я слушаю со светлыми слезами на глазах. Спасибо, Никита, за песню.
