Everyone has intrusive thoughts. When you have things like OCD is when they get scary. It’s a horrific condition, horrible thoughts always running through your head, horrible compulsions running through your body. This song is really making me think about it, OCD is often downplayed and having bad thoughts is often demonized. So I’m thankful for Alec making such a brave and powerful song Having bad thoughts doesn’t make you a bad person, you’re just scared and it’s ok to ask for help. Even when doing so seems scarier than what you’re experiencing

As a person dealing with intrusive thoughts and paranoia of people finding out about them or hearing them, I can definitely relate. You are not alone

as someone who gets some pretty bad intrusive thoughts, this song really gets to me honestly. its kinda comforting to have a song about stuff like this, because intrusive thoughts really arent talked about often.

This hits hard after a day of intrusive suicidal thoughts after an even worse night.

thomas sanders actually has a good video on this topic, roughly 1 in 50 people have intrusive thoughts like this. The concerning thing would be if you had these thoughts and were ok with them, what your going through is perfectly normal.

His sad n calm songs r 4 sure not evry1 s type, bcz its kinda therapeutic when u have no one to talk to, this Singer talk s to You in Music!! N that's what i appreciate ♥️
