Back in 2020, before quarantine, I saved someone from suicide. She became my first love and we were strong as a couple. But in November, she broke up with me because life was starting to get out of hand on her end and she told me I was straining her because I was having a hard time in college. We both cried on the day she said she was breaking up with me. A few weeks later, she found someone else and now she's happy. She went from seeing me as her hero and first love to seeing me as only her friend and nothing more. I've never had an emotional scar this big before. If anyone sees this, you can reply or you can like. It doesn't matter.

I lost my husband to cancer after 32 years of marriage, we were together for 35 years. I rejoiced when he died cuz he was hurting so badly. Nothing Drs did could stop his pain. Listening to this song reading the comments made me cry and even reminded me off a really kind fat cat who died tragicly to liver cancer or failure was hard for me and my family im only a 13 yr old and listening to this song reminds me of Candy God bless Candy and everyone who go to heaven

This reminds me of when I lost my hamster, I grew so attached to it. When it died, I went into depression, spending much of my time hanging out at the grave I made it at the cherry tree my family planted, talking to it, sometimes bringing it food. When I listened to this song, I understood the importance of not letting depression take you over. Thanks.

I was in a relationship with someone I loved with all of my heart. We did everything together. We ate the same food, we traveled, we played games, and we had the most beautiful physical relationship imaginable. I ended our relationship because she kept me from my friends and family. She physically assaulted me because I wanted to visit my mom. It’s so hard to forget the good times though. The pain of losing her is almost unbearable

Fighting cancer right now for the second time at 29 years old. I'm listening to this song and I just can't help but to cry. This got me..

This song makes me think of my grandma who passed away from cancer. I miss her more and more with each aching day

i listened to this and it reminded me of my great pop who passed 2020 and my 20 year cat who passed January

I lost my best friend to cancer ♋️ and she loved this song so much😭❤️. We were both dancers ( I still am) we had a duet to this. It was her last dance competition and her last dance that she ever performed. 😭😭😭❤️❤️

Such an amazing beautiful musician and I’m so upset that I couldn’t see him in his prime before his complications hindered his live performance. So much power so much emotion and I don’t think we will get another one like him in our lifetime

Amazing song and lyrics, really hits home. I lost my Dad on 1/19/22. The pain of never seeing or speaking to him again is heavy. Regrets of not spending or making enough time for him while he was here, and not knowing there wasn't going to be a tomorrow. Take and make time for your loved ones. Life can turn on a dime at any moment. Hopefully this will connect with someone reading this, and save you from what I'm going through. Peace.

My Mom passed away on 1/19/20. The full impact of that loss never hit all at one time. Kind of odd, I know, but it came in spurts, and still does after two years. I don't think you ever get over it, you just learn to enjoy the good memories that pop into your mind and let them override the bad memories.

I know how that feels. My room is on the top floor and me and him always talked about us waiting till he could walk again (cancer took away a bunch of bone marrow from his legs) so he could see it for himself, next day he went non-responsive and lasted about a week after that before moving on. Don't take your loved ones for granted because there's going to be the one day where they won't be there.

I’ve had a crush on this boy for 3ish years and we are pretty good friends, I tell him a lot and trust him. I wanna tell him I like him but I’m not sure if he likes me; it’s complicated. He’s shown a lot of signs and one day walked me to my class (passing his) after we were already late and we were just talking the whole time. He’s also helped me on math homework on multiple occasions and has even come to one of my birthday parties. But I’m not sure if he likes me because he technically “has a girlfriend” they were “dating” in elementary school and she moved to Australia (a diff country than us) and is moving back sometime this year or next year. They made a promise to get back together when she comes back but one of my friends who’s really good friends with her said he texted her about “the promise” and she didn’t know what he was talking about so I’m kinda scared for my crush if she doesn’t like him but I really wanna tell him I like him so I can get it off my chest cuz I don’t like keeping secrets from him. 100 likes and I’ll tell him (I have a plan that I’ll explain in the replies if this does get 100 likes) Edit: I know it’s a lot but I’m so scared Edit 2: check the comment section (if you want)

Look, I think that if he is truly your best friend he will understand if he does not like you back and will not treat you different. Oh and I just wanted to say that my bf and I were best Friends (still are) but we were in into eachother for 1 year. After 2 yrs of I Love yous & will never let you down. So I married him. After less than 3 months of marriage he left me! Saying he didn't love me anymore. It's one day at a Time. Never an easy one. I know ALL the reasons I shouldn't but that does little for my heart....what's left of it.

She made an attempt on her life a few weeks ago, and the thought of almost losing such a wonderful person who means so much to me was terrifying. I don't know what you're going through, but there is someone in this world who loves you, even if you don't believe it.

I literally was walking home from the grocery store today in the rain and broke down crying . I loved so hard and I was played left with seven children to raise by myself and I realized I will never get a chance to have that special someone. My heart broke into pieces 😢
