Alec Baldwin Judge Slams Prosecutor For Cutting Her Off: ‘I’m Not Finished’
Things became fiery in the courtroom on Friday morning during the Alec Baldwin trial as the defense and the state argued over conduct in the courtroom and other issues. When the state cut off the judge and asked to respond to the defense's statement, Judge Sommer responded by saying, "I'm not finished!" When state attorney Kari Morrisey tried to continue talking, Sommer cut her off, hinting to Morrissey to end her statement.

Deliberately withholding any evidence, let alone exculpatory evidence, is unforgivable. She is not a detective and should not have had influence over the decision by the detective and the CST to put (bury) the evidence under a different case number. And incredibly, she then lied about it...after the case was dismissed - when being interviewed outside. Hancock said it was she, Morrisey and Popple who determined it should not be part of the evidence for this trial. We are supposed to have a fair justice system and when a prosecutor is making investigatory decisions and exceeding the known boundaries, this is what needs to happen. My concern is that there could be innocent people in jail that have suffered from this type of activity - and had a judge who did not make a just decision to dismiss the case.

Baldwin sobs in court, "I dodged a bullet."
This whole court scene is full of scary people. And justice is supposed to come out of this mess ..?? HA ..!!
This prosecutor is the most overbearing, disrespectful, entitled person I have ever seen in a court room. She constantly requested to approach the bench during the defense’s time speaking. This was a narcissistic ploy to disrupt the proceedings during the defense questioning.
Is this prosecutor going to be punished in anyway for so blatantly lying and hiding evidence?
It sad to spend all this money on an accident so it seems
The judge says she doesn’t wanna see the box then less than four minutes later, she seems annoyed, saying she needs to see the box.
Prosecutor lied on the stand. Johnson didn’t leave the case because the hearing was public. She said she left because she believed the case should be dismissed and was ignored.
The prosecution blew it. That's the bottom line. They made the wrong call. And they lost. Take the L before you lose any further credibility and dignity. You lost and you can't deal. Then you backpedal and make excuses. The judge made the right call on this one.
Yes he shot her 😢 but not on purpose he was using a prop that had been cleared. Accidental manslaughter at most but he shouldn't be convicted in my opinion 😊

Yes I agree 💯% it is all the Armorer's fault. It was her job that she was paid to do so everyone would be safe💔. Just ridiculous they're going after Alec he was handed a Cold 🥶 Gun. The Armorer is guilty not Alec!.
I couldn’t believe it yesterday when they were talking about making a doc file and not releasing everything.
HONORARY JUDGE..., he should have not been charged...! !! It was an oversight..., not by him , but person hired to oversee these particulars.
When a judge is this agitated with a prosecutor, I have a hard time imagining that this is the only issue they’ve had!
She’s upset this lady cut her off but she let Baldwin walk out of the courtroom and didn’t anything. This whole case is a laughingstock.
