Best thing I ever did for myself and those around me was to totally quit drinking. It’s a pandemic in the veteran community that needs to be solved.

BUHUUU !!! Why do you try to impose this on other people ? If you were so secure about yourself why the need to inject your supposed victories as a scoreboard ? You're buying NOTHING for that from me bud. Just so you know. You're getting nothing. 0.

@@terjehansen0101would you feel better if he came here to say how he’s an alcoholic and still drinking and lost everything? If it works for him and is a better person because of it then why so much hate? Just do what works for you

Alcohol, the slow burn. It doesn’t take you in your prime like blow and heroin, ect. No, it slowly burns everything out of you throughout your lifetime. Money, relationships, health, everything slowly burned away.

For some reason, my sobriety became natural with Delta 8 THC drops, as it brings on a feeling of peace and contentment.

I quit 5 years ago and rarely look back. My advice is if you must drink…quit by 40 years old. At 40 we start to come out of reproductive years. It is like a reverse puberty and can take as long as puberty stage did. 10 or so years. During that time all your chemicals are changing back to who you were before reproductive years. It can be super duper messy to continue with alcohol while going thru this change. Good luck to all out there🌎☀️💙

ive been smoking pot and rarely drink. the symptoms are exactly as he described. i think using drugs to modulate mood/stress rather than the normal physiologic ways is the main cause

Very interesting 😮I like the explanation of steps alcohol actually has on a persons moods, thoughts….I personally am not a drinker, but I always listen for ways to improve my understanding of drinkers…a lot of bad scenarios come with drinkers and drinking in my family…so this makes me open up my own perspective, from childhood to adulthood….Thanks DUI instructors should show this to the class on breaks😊 sometimes information matters when understanding choices….many blessings ❤

Don’t care what anyone says 60% Vodka can knock me out for a hell of a good nights sleep, it might not be healthy but damned if it’s not nice every once in a while.

Great way to project your misery and insecurities on people who are actually realizing they have a problem and trying to do something about it and want to become healthy and not rely on substances as an escape

@@gnericnuser I'm not miserable or insecure. That is the thing. YOU project that people who sometimes drink are some type of losers and weak people. Do you like to scare people who are weaker than you huh ? Little Buddy ?
