Albanese ‘made a mess of his appearance’ at Canberra domestic violence rally
Sky News host Chris Kenny has weighed in Anthony Albanese’s attendance at a domestic violence rally in Canberra on Sunday, saying too often the Prime Minister behaves like a “spectator” and not a leader.
“A prime minister joining a demonstration seems absurd, the whole idea is to raise the profile of the issue and draw it to the attention of politicians, so it’s like a politician lobbying himself,” Mr Kenny said.
“Now that's not to understate the issue of course, as you know I went big on this issue last week, all week - because the loss of lives is terrible, and because courts in particular are not doing enough to protect women from threatening abusive men.”
Mr Kenny said the Prime Minister “made a mess of his appearance” yesterday.
“Watch here as he claims they didn't want him to speak, and watch and listen to the response from organiser Sarah Williams.
“Yep, she called it a lie, and she immediately became emotional, and was comforted by others - but watch more as the PM seems to see the torment caused by his words, but he looks on, then ploughs on regardless.”

She only got to the top by tapping Rudd's shoulder, and then Rudd, in return, tapped her on the shoulder to get the job back he was elected to do. But he stuffed that up too.

Pretty much. All of them were publishing the same line of statements over the past weeks to try and get some knee jerk action and division going.
He doesn't know what to do, because he's a big baby who believes his only purpose in life is to be showered in constant praise and approval. Life confuses him, because no-one seems to want to treat him the way his mother always did. This makes him feel vulnerable, so he tries to avoid actually doing anything, that doesn't make him feel grandiose. He can't even get that right.

My second ex wife was an abusive drunk that used to hit me a lot. She broke one of my thumbs swinging a hammer at me, tried to stab me several times and even chased after me with an axe. I couldn't do anything about it but get a divorce and move out, and if I had, the police and society would not have supported me because I am a male.
