dbltrplx - why can’t lawmakers just completely change the law? - no other country as far as I’m aware offers such protections to police. yet, they all still manage to effectively violate their citizenry. America’s problem is that it has “sacred documents” (which must be countered in order for policing as we know it all over the world to work) spelling out the peoples’ rights as some special land of milk and honey where everyone is equal.

And yet we find ourselves in 2024 and it's gotten worse..... Not better. No training has been done clearly. Videos coming out everyday of cops harassing citizens. ID demands absent of a crime, still don't know public from private property, everything is Disorderly Conduct, not doing what they say is obstruction, trespassing on public property absent a crime, feelings enforcement, dressing up like GI Joe with more gear than I carried in the Marines, plastering their blue line gang symbol all over everything. So those "Cops" in the comments should be on the phone to their departments Training Officers demanding training..... But they won't ....

Agreed BAT is the best auditor in the country bar none! I've stated this for 2 1/2 - 3 yrs. now. I just get super frustrated even call it super pissed off at how these cops think they know it all literally. They go to a police academy for 6 months and they believe that they're legal experts! This is a profession where a high school diploma and 6 months in the academy gives you immense power. In some parts of this country a G.E.D. and 6 months in the academy will make you an officer. The ego of some of these officers is ridiculous, when a grown man or woman cannot admit a mistake or that they were wrong there's something terribly WRONG with this entire system.

I can't help but think of all the hapless citizens that have been victimized by the likes of these cops and their freight-training tactics. How many people have had their lives ruined or been put through interactions with cops in situations where they were completely innocent. How many of them who don't know what their rights are, or the limits of police authority, or have the ability, like BAT, to articulate a challenge to a bogus contact with cops, or who had done nothing wrong until the cops made contact and then drove them to a point of insanity-by-infuriation with their circular verbal assault and refusal to back down. In BATs last video, he is San Fran at a cop shop and by the time that video concluded, I was screaming at my monitor for those stupid cops to STFU! Imagine if that had been some other citizen who happened to be just passing through on foot and taking a short-cut across that area and maybe dropped their phone and had to crouch down to get it. Imagine it's not the police station parking lot but some other place and reason for "being suspicious". The cop at the end of this video is not fit for the job. That entire conversation was merely his attempt to justify his actions during the earlier contact. He knew how it looked on video and he's trying to manufacture justification for his tyrannical behavior. He also has it in for auditor...er...I mean "copblockers". Good job, BAT. And, BTW, you don't look anything like I pictured, haha!

@@RonSeesAmerica The problem is suspicion alone is subjective. Unless I know what a person is doing it is always potentially suspicious. Cops think they have a right to know at all times what a person is doing. The reality is unless they observe the commission of a crime they have ZERO authority. Their egos can't handle that. Their egos sure can't handle being told that. And that is what we saw here. This cop tried to spin every justification he could. The mere threat of an arrest violates 18US242 and is suable under 43US1983, if he chose to pursue it. The real problem is no one actually pursues these incidence the way they should. Getting the video is great but without accountability there is no real change.

I know I am 2 years behind with my comment, but I had to give you kudos for this interaction, my man. I have pretty much watched all your content by this point and have to state you are by far the best auditor out there! Furthermore, I love the fact that you're very respectful and professional with all public servants even when you find yourself in super stressful situations! Your fearlessness when you have to deal with the tyrannical onslaughts and being ganged up on is inspiring! This was a fantastic piece of content to show exactly what's going wrong with law enforcement. This officer showed all the world to see his power-tripping, aggressive, egocentric, intimidating, authoritative nature over a law-abiding citizen, it does not look good!! I truly feel sorry for all the fantastic, good cops who are pushed into the shadows because of these tyrannical type officers. It is such a mountain, that you and all auditors are having to climb to make this world a better place for society, and you all deserve massive respect from all of us! The balance will eventually shift in favor of the good law enforcement officers one day, as more bad policing is shown to the masses under your bright spotlights. Stay safe out there buddy, peace and love! 💪🤛❤

I have more respect for you than all of the other auditors and it is for one major reason. You managed to neutralize and listen to this officer and got him calm enough to listen to you. He may not have learned anything because of his own stubbornness but you gave him a calm lesson and I loved it. Keep up the good work and continue to educate not scream and yell.

That cop is so full of it. You are arguing against his inflated ego. Totally useless. He still thinks he is right and that you should bow down and go along to get along. He will not change until that badge is taken away. He will always feel that excercising your rights when he doesnt like it or want you too is causing a problem and looking for a reaction.
