MARK MY WORDS: With Kevin Dunn gone from WWE, it will STILL be business as usual. Not to discredit any of what Dunn brought to the table, but it's not like WWE will implode in his absence.

Talk about Dunn overstepping his boundaries by criticizing talent, undermining talent and having a negative impact on creative due to his opinions……..but we won’t go there……the beaver will be fine.

What happens when Kevin Dunn leaves? The show goes on too. I'm sure there are plenty of people in place to where no major drop off will happen. Not taking away what he knew or did, but sometimes you can spark fresh ideas with a change. You can also bring in bad ones. We shall see.

Triple H, Nick Khan and Ari Emmanuel probably just have a different vision and Kevin Dunn wasn't willing to adapt and he'd rather retire. It's a different company now, just like when Vince K. McMahon bought it from his father. A couple of years later it was unrecognizable. There's not gonna be any one person who's gonna replace Kevin Dunn. Several people will have to take on more responsibilities and maybe TKO will hire someone if they feel they need a new producer. It's not "business as usual" anymore because there's new management. It's a completely new era

Bro, only 1 vision has worked in packaging and selling wrestling and eventually people are going to realize they're not fans of wrestling, they're fans of Vince McMahon. Every wrestling company fails because they offer wrestling. They get a rush of people who think it's 'Vince Wrestling', then when they realize it's actually pro wrestling they go back to WWE. Now, they're not going to have a place to go because WWE is turning into another wrestling company. The wrestling audience is too dumb to see this because they actually think their issue is the people who have made the exact thing they came in liking and stayed for.

@@kpimkpim349 Wrestling was remarkably successful long before Vince. Modern wrestling companies fail not because they offer wrestling, but because they cannot compete with WWE. Highly successful wrestling promotions pre-date Vince McMahon by decades, they were just regional in scope. Most of them offered more of a pro wrestling product than anything seen today. A lot of us love a wide variety of wrestling, and Vince often got most of the flack from his detractors for not providing enough of a wrestling product. One of the reasons I returned to watching WWE one year ago this month after a decade or more of barely watching at all is because its a bit more of a wrestling show today than it had been for a long time.

The problem with this is Kevin Dunn had a staff. Likely, most of the work was done by others. He likely had at least one person at least somewhat close enough to learn from him. Its not like he retired on Dec. 31st and the Day 1 RAW had a production truck of new hires. The current head of production probably had a pretty influential job working underneath Kevin. Maybe not Kevin Dunn level influential, but enough to keep the ship well above water. There were even reports that he was not at every RAW towards the end. Vince McMahon talked for years about a succession plan. You have to know that that included a post-Kevin Dunn production department.
