Man, Bon Appétit does everything right that Food Network does wrong. Food Network focuses so hard on cut-throat reality competition shows and BS disingenuous instructional cooking shows (I'm looking at you Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis...). Bon Appétit is full of *genuinely* warm, wholesome personalities like Carla, Brad, Claire (and everybody else) that make the food they showcase fun, accessible and friendly. Even the editing on Bon Appétit is good and wholesome! Keep up the excellent work, BA. Please never follow in Food Network's footsteps...
