I'm glad it's not just me! It's taken me a month to get through the registration (I think that they moved the website??) Now got registration complete, but getting Error "Oops something went wrong! We are having trouble connecting to our servers".

This thing is ALMOST perfect, but you frustratingly can't mute individual drum pads in a sequence. Is there any planned firmware update to add this feature, perhaps by holding SHIFT and pressing a pad to mute or unmute it? WIthout that feature it's unfortunately unusable for me in a live setting :(

i bought akai mini plus. When I press the arp button suddenly the whole keyboard is locked and none of the keys are working but the lights are still on. Im so begginer with it, please help.

Hi Sean! Yes, the MPK Mini Plus's Step Editor, Live Sequencer, Arpeggiator, and Note Repeat functions can all be set to be controlled by your MPC Beats project tempo. To do this, press & hold the SHIFT button and turn Q-Link Knob K6 on the MPK Mini Plus, then (while continuing to hold SHIFT) turn the knob until the BPM setting reads "EXT". Note that while in External mode, MPC Beats must be playing back audio in order for you to hear any stepped/arpeggiated/note-repeated sequences play, and in the "MIDI / Sync" tab in the MPC Beats preferences menu, Sync Send must be turned ON, and the Sync Output must be set to "MIDI Clock". Shame it’s virtually impossible to use in any DAW. Has no specific mapping. Starting to regret buying it. Please sort it out.

Hi Robert! The MPK Mini Plus does not have an onboard metronome/click track, so one can use the metronome of their DAW or external software (you can hear the MPC Beats metronome at 10:54).

Almost everything he did should have its own dedicated button. Enough “shift press this” why can’t they just be additional buttons? All that menu diving and squint at a microscopic screen. Could you make the screen any smaller?

Dudes can someone please help me out I`m making a sequance right aaand when i record it in mpc beats and play it in the program not from the sequance button once it has been recorded it records a totaly different beat or sequance i should say it sounds like an off beat version of what i have played and its super annoying and i cant figure it out sorry for the dumb question but i am new to this aaand.... i dont know this is awful

From what you've described, the problem could be that your MPK Mini Plus may not be synced with your MPC Beats project tempo, which can lead to sequences sounding out-of-time with the rest of your project.
