This is the Russian AK-203. Indian AK-203 doesn't have Collapsible Butstock. For saving just a few hundred bucks, we gave up on that and went for an old-school solid Foldable Butstock. Indian AK-203 is just an AK-103M.

Indian-Govt & Military should consider to sign a deal with Russia for production of Ak-204 & RPK-203 under Make-in-India program. This will lead to Indian Security forces adopting:- (1) AK-203 as the Std. Assault Rifle (2) AK-204 as the Std. Carbine for Infantry troops (3) RPK-203 as the Std. LMG (4) Trica-Carbine as the Std. Carbine for Drivers & Pilots. Eventually, India should also replace the Assasult Rifles & Carbines for Bhutanese Military with the above weapons. I hope that Indian-Govt & Military will consider to adopt:- (1) ASMI as the Std. SMG (2) Glock-17 by CMT Pvt Ltd as the Std. Pistol to replace the ageing Browning Hi-Power.

Nothing will change there will be no optics for both. The thing that help an individual to target longer distance will not be there on the rifles . Cartridge and barrel can throw bullet at desired speed and distance and path but how the fuck can an individual target something beyond 300m Or accurately at 300m by eating carrots or what?
