I'm still impressed that they managed to get him. I remember back in 2009-10, around that time, he swore up and down that he would never work for WWE. It was also around that time that WWE had become unwatchable, so I got my wrestling fix from watching Impact Wrestling (then TNA Wrestling), and AJ Styles was a better ring worker than pretty much anybody on Raw or Smackdown.

@@MPHswayze completely agree. His time in TNA took him from feeling like a low card joke to almost main event, and his time in Japan made him into a bona fide mega star. When he came to WWE it was the absolute perfect time to get him. He's still basically in his prime athletically, has a world of experience, and has the absolute utmost respect from every fan. It was so perfect

@@BoBnfishy the pooka shell necklace & gelled hair era AJ Styles was great in the ring, but it was obvious why he wasn't on Vince's radar. This look Styles developed into was a complete transformation. Like Drew McIntyre. AJ looks great now! Adults like him and kids think he's really cool.

aj styles is such a class act he could have done nothing but to step in and take control when Kayla forgot her lines so she wasn't looking stupid aj helps her in a moment that would've been embarrising.. it shows the kind of guy aj styles is .. he's a freaking legend .. 👏👏

It’s honestly amazing how at one time in his career people considered him weak on the mic. Now you’d have a hard time finding someone say he’s not one of the best promos in the business

I mean early in his TNA days he was pretty bad on the mic, he's said himself that getting to work so closely with Ric Flair helped him a lot with his promos.

He had the privilege of being around Angle, Booker, Nash, Hogan, Flair, and Sting during his time in TNA. He was bad before they got there and became good before they left. His time in Fourtune was when he really started to loosen up and get comfortable cutting promos. Like the Bloodline for Roman

The guy saves wrestlers from killing themselves by accident, can wrestle a broomstick, all his matches are amazing, and he even saves presenters. He's a hall of famer in waiting.

AJ 🐐 Kayla is beautiful

I remember I met AJ styles about eight years ago or more when I was a teenager and I was at a house show with my dad and everybody was taking pictures paying for it and I was at the concession stand and merchandise stand just buying stuff and he was walking by And I was going to go pay for it and he’s like a kid do you want some T-shirts and I was so frozen the dude took pictures with me gave me some shirts and me him and my dad had a conversation for at least 20 minutes or so and then I met him like six months after that at another house show and he remembered me and took a bit more pictures with me. I had it autographed. The dude is really cool really nice and humble.

Its not a case of forgetting something tho, its a case of her nerves getting the better of her (since she was new to the roster) and literally gets stunned.

It happens. During a high school football game YEARS ago, got the play in the huddle. Was so in the moment, by the time I got to the line (6'4, 250 lbs defensice end) i completely blanked out. And we were in a rush so i didn't have time to ask AND read the offense. Sad to say i made a bad decision, decided to take out the quarterback since i AM an end. Turned out it was a rare fall back play and theey scored
