People who still try to argue about free weights vs machines are really kids because muscles only care about resistance it doesn't matter from where how it is coming.

AJ, how do you progress movements like cable laterals? I go up one pin and my top set drops from 14/15 reps to like 6 reps! 😫

Just very very gradual increments but usually single progression model ( just reps)

Ran the arm day for most of the prep mate just need the full rest days now, it proved beneficial :)

wow naturual bodybuilding is depressing, dont even look like you lift with a thsirt on no offence i would hate to be this skinny after decade of training thank fuck i hopped on the juice
