    Did AJ change clothes? Where were his bloody clothes? The gloves? Something tells me he was wearing a hoodie or long sleeved shirt and some gloves for there to had been no gun powder and the hoodie was protecting his shirt underneath hence only a couple of blood specs.

    Absolutely I would tell the truth about everything because I'm scared, not lying especially if I had nothing to do with it... The grandmother is making excuses. She won't let herself believe her grandson did this. I'm still wondering where is the love and justice for her son and daughter n law. She only spoked once about them. I think she refuse to see the truth. She put all her focus on Saving AJ...

    I find it quite telling AJ did it when he accused his own brother. He KNOWS he committed the murders so he is willing to go to EXTREME measures to stay out of prison. To me, it is an EXTREME measure to accuse your OWN BROTHER for the death of BOTH of your parents. To me, that is just something else that leans you towards thinking AJ commited the crime. Had he NOT been desperately looking for a way to get himself out of the crime he committed, he wouldve been there for his brother that just lost his (their) parents! AJ is a scum bag that will prolly eventually get parole at least 40 years. Killing your own parents is cold which means he would be willing to kill anyone.

    His grandmother is living in la la land. She just doesn't want to accept the fact that her grandson is a murderer. Because if AJ didn't do it, then who did? Honestly, AJ should've taken the stand, but the defense knew the prosecution would have eaten him alive asking him to explain all of the circumstantial evidence and the web of lies.

  • @user-mv7kh5sv9z

    @user-mv7kh5sv9z

    After listening to the entire interrogation, it was obvious from the beginning that those investigators were onto AJ because he got caught in some lies which they immediately called him out on. Also, it is of my belief that the break-in at the parents' gym after the murders was staged and the prostitution ring story offered up by the family friend was fabricated--all presumably orchestrated by the family--in an effort to divert the gaze of guilt away from AJ. I think those "developments" were the family's desperate last-ditch attempts to create an alternate theory because they very well knew that AJ was up against a mountain of compelling evidence I'm still unsure as to whose idea it was to blame the brother because during the interrogation, AJ never really implicated him...at least not directly. So I'm not too sure if it was his defense team's idea or a collaborative effort

    To the Defense Attorney: Yes I could. I could spend time around AJ Jr and still believe he did it. Most Narcs are charming They can appear to be the nicest, kindest, warmest people you would ever want to meet. But beneath the mask is an entire different person. I have survived people like this in my life. I could write three best sellers based on what I've been through. The thing that gets me the most, is when he was told that his mother was deceased. He kept up with the conversation. Seems, he didn't even bat an eye. He didn't need a moment to gather himself, compose himself, shed tears, let out a scream or anything. I've seen other crimes committed by a close relative who placed something on top of the deceased. Such as pillows, baskets and the like. The grandmother is okay with blaming Josh, Dawns son, but not her grandson. The hypocrisy. Also, he knew his sister was alive and well. When he asked the dispatcher could he get his sister that was a big 🚩. There were many🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩.

    P.S. Some are asking why we think AJ is guilty. Kayra cried on the stand. She was full of emotion when she had speak of the night her parents were murdered. Josh, due to immense grief, may not be able to live life normally anymore. You see how it has affected them. As for AJ, all he has said is that the circumstances has forced him to mature in ways you wouldn't expect anyone his age to. We have not seen him grieve his parents. We have not seen him break down about this tragedy. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I don't know of anyone who can take death this easily. The only thing which seems to bother him is not being able to live freely after what transpired on the night of his parents demise.Other than that, he seems very put together. Even in the courtroom, he doesn't strike me as someone who has grieved the loss of his parents. Rather, we see him slightly smirking. Does he even have a conscience? Pray for this man!

The alarm picking up all AJ movements from the Time police arrived and the alarm was set off and AJ had to put in the code to deactivate it. Listen that grandma don’t want to face the harsh truth that her grandson is a cold blooded heartless murder. In the call to police he said his ears was ringing. He whispered “it’s me fault” on the call. How did the killer know where to find his father’s gun? How did the killer know to look specifically in those kitchen draws to write a note. They would have already had the note prepared. Why would they leave the murder weapon next to the note? His stories to the cops were very inconsistent. His own mother said that the boy is a vicious liar and will lie to your face at drop of a dime. Also how did he know his parent were dead without going in the room and that his little sister wasn’t dead. also if he had to pass his parent’s room to get to his sister’s room how did he know she wasn’t dead too. That random story he told about showing his friend the gun and shooting through the pillow is clear that he is the murder and he never named that friend. Why? If you are innocent you wouldn’t lie. You would try recall everything to the best of your abilities and tell things as you remembered them and you would be terrified and to seek real help. He killed his parents. His grandma I feel sorry for her but she needs to wise up. she strikes me as the type to protect the bad behaviors of her sons. She is an entire mammy a very dangerous person to have around you. Regardless of the alarm system, where is the proof someone else was in the house? Their would be DNA, Fingerprints, broken doors, windows, burglary or something pointing to someone else. Who else came in the house and where is the proof? Make it make sense. I watch crime shows a lot of people try to cover their crimes. But if it proves nobody was in that house. It was AJ or his sister the only two people that was left alive. If you want someone dead, why would you break in their house, know when they are sleeping, and know where the dad's gun is at. Sorry, yall can say what you want but i could NEVER convict someone, nevertheless a child, on strictly circumstantial evidence. Unless you have hard evidence connecting that person to the crime your circumstantial evidence means nothing to me. Less than nothing.

    It makes sense now grandma is the dads mom. Big brother is not the dads son. So of course shes going to agree with the defense saying the big brother killed the dad. #DONTFREEAJ

    And to the defense talking about he’s like a stepson. I bet if they ever free him they wouldn’t dare live with him. 😂 If that young man ever feels stopping thwarted or restricted, see what he might do. Many sociopaths are nice and polite.

    If the lab tested his shirt for blood splatter and said there was none and the prosecution believed them and didn’t even look at it because “they took their word for it” why 7 years later do they even have it tested again ? Also it’s convenient it happens to be under a visitor sticker. No one thinks that’s odd? I’m not saying he’s guilty or innocent but some of y’all are giving a 16 year old who was failing school a lot of credit

    Grandma should be ashamed. How they can just believe AJ when the evidence is all so easily all pointing towards him, and she can make up excuses for all his lies, including lies that make absolutely no sense, it's just sickening. Josh couldn't have done it, because he was home with his girlfriend! That his parents were murdered destroyed Josh mentally, meanwhile AJ is as happy and care free as ever. Josh is another victim, and Grandma helped line him up and hold him down. "Here, here's that escaped goat!" It's sickening. Grandma should be terribly ashamed.
