The son believes because he obviously was raised by the murderer! There is no doubt of his guilt and glad you weren't on his jury. I agree they should change that name. As for her son, one can only feel extremely sorry for. Being brainwashed by the murderer and never being able to know much about his mother/ family is tragic in itself. Alas, that is how a sociopathic killer does. If anyone deserved the needle, it would have been him!

What amazes me, is that why to you kill your spouse? Why go through something that you will never be sure that you will not be found out. Someone somewhere will always question unanswered questions. If you’re not happy with your life with that particular spousal relationship…..Get a damn divorce and move on!

Such a great channel. I lived in Ft. Worth for many years, truly loved southern Texas & the coast there. Wish we had a Sacramento channel that did this, I live hour & half south but many crimes there that be good to know about! This channel does a great job on true crime. This story is so heartbreaking, the baby, the son, now son doesn’t have any parents. Why not separate & file for divorce? Omgosh such an evil pos he is. Hope he regrets badly in prison. Rest In Peace & love in heaven Belinda & baby girl Ashley. Peace to the families. 🙏❤️

Scary planet earth is not really a good place to exist on, and the bad thing is where the only planet with life and we’re yes floating in space with no particular Place to go. There’s nowhere to run to we just got to hope and pray that we get through this life without becoming a victim or anyone in our family, becoming a victim. There is too much of this type of crime being committed against females, and the bad thing is, it’s only going to escalate it’s like a runaway train. Programs are for educational purposes.

I went to Hastings while Coach Temple was there. He was the defensive coordinator if I'm not mistaken. He always gave me the creeps any time I was around him. I was an office aide in the North House (the school was divided into two Houses, North and South. We also had a shared Annex with Elsik but I digress. This was before the 9th grade center was opened. I'm the last class of students to have 9th graders on the main campus because it opened for the 98-99 school year. I wanted to clarify that because the video says he was at the 9th grade center but he was in the North house and the field house when I went to school there. But anyway, I tried to avoid him like the plague! His energy was always so dark and angry to me. And we knew about the affair between him and Ms. Scott! It was an open secret! But this happened several months after I graduated in May 1998. January 1999 when I heard about this the next day on the news, I knew it was him! Because of the affair I knew he had done this to his wife to keep her from getting half of the marital assets in a divorce. It's so sad that it took so long for him to be brought to justice! But it's all been brought to light now and he's exactly where he deserves to be! Rest peacefully Belinda and Erin. ❤❤❤

What a great question. I've followed this case for years and have never heard anyone even ask that never mind answer it. The only answer I can think of is that maybe he put his son in the car and went back inside and shot Belinda. I've never been absolutely convinced of his guilt though

Happy justice was served. Not happy that people seem to be immediately thought of as guilty by those who re-tell the story for getting legal counsel. Even if you're innocent, get legal counsel before speaking to the police. You should never go in without every defensive shield you have access to.
