I have one of this mashers. Here's a tip for anyone who's suffered the cleaning of this effective tool. Spray it with cooking spray or olive oil before using it to mash anything. It makes cleaning all those crevices a lot easier.

I love that you grate your cheese, the store bought grated cheese has a powdered coating to keep it from sticking. Also, I had a great idea of putting mini hashbrowns into egg rolls, saving time with no need to cut up the fries.

made these the other day for a college football party to celebrate the college football game releasing! They were badass! I used olive oil spray on the air fryer pan and on the egg rolls themselves for an extra cruch. I also added the burger sauce lol much props AB!

I loved the idea of this and though I was a little worried I couldn’t pull it off the first few weren’t pretty but the results were awesome and now by popular demand it’s got a spot in the dinner rotation. Someone should open a restaurant where all they sell are things wrapped in egg rolls filled with sandwich fixings of Reubens, Monte Cristo’s, Philly cheesesteaks, Pizza toppings and desserts Apple pie, Pumpkin pie you name it. This recipe was great and the entire family thanks you for it.
