Wonderful. Thank you. The memories come flooding back. And just look at that box art for the Fokker and Bristol Fighter. Bravo Roy Cross. RIP. I remember buying the Airfix Hampden from Hodgson's model shop in Whitton Middlesex. I must have been about 12. I was so fixated by the box art as I took it home I walked into a lamp post. Happy days.

These models reminds me about my Childhood in the seventies. I still have an Airfix junkers Ju 52 on my bookshelf. It's painted in Winter camouflage like the one in the film Where Eagles dare 😎

I've got one in my stash. I wanted to paint it as it was in the 1969 film Battle of Britain, but it's got the wrong engines.

Several of my all-favourites here. Fiat G50, Henschel 123 and Fokker Dr1. Failed on the Fieseler Storch however. Very fiddly and not an easy (for me) build.
