Airbus A320 Takeoff and Landing X2 | Roundtrip Sacramento to Las Vegas | Spirit Airlines
My wife took a trip to Las Vegas and my being an aviation enthusiast, I asked her to film her flights to post on KZread for other aviation enthusiasts. She flew on a "Banana Boat" Airbus A320 on Spirit Airlines from SAC (Sacramento International Airport) to LAS (McCarran Int'l Airport) and back. This video shows both takeoffs and landings on her roundtrip.
At video start, you can see the plane taxiing and being marshalled to the gate and some ground crew action, including the tug operator getting the tow bar hooked up for pushback.
On the first flight, she was positioned right over the wing. Being positioned over the wing allowed her to capture the sounds of the aircraft's hydraulic system, flaps and landing gear action. The engine sound was still decent with a nice roar at takeoff. On the second flight, she was positioned right at the front of the engine and was able to capture more of the whine and buzz saw sound from the CFM International CFM56 engines at takeoff thrust and climb out.

Watched the whole video and all 3 ads. Now I want to go out and buy another Chevy. 😆 Love the ending, where the plane meets it's shadow!
Very interesting video. I've flown a LOT, visiting 26 countries. I've sat in front (a few times in 1st class) in the middle and all the way in the back. I like the middle best. It's more noisy, but less bumpy. Love Vegas too, for the buffets! And Red Rock Park

I would love to know how was the check in and also your opinion on how they treated you.

I'm not sure. I'll have to ask my wife as she was the one who flew. She didn't say anything negative about the experience so that's a good sign.
