You’re very talented. I love your style with airbrushing. So many videos exist that are good quality, but all about skulls, bones and graphics. Your art is tremendous and technique is uncomplicated. Thanks for sharing your talents and experiences. 😊

Another awesome video! When it comes to gridding out a subject, I found that lightly using a watercolour pencil for your grid and using graphite for your image works well. Simply run a slightly damp rag over the entire work when the transfer is complete. It softens the graphite and the grid virtually disappears.

For sure. I find it saves a lot of hassle. Try it out. If it works for you it could be a video idea. Could be just what we need to get OUR channel picked up by Netflix!😉

hey man, I got some gesso now and I'm gonna prepare a few sheets to practice on while i'm on vacation. I also got some Dr. Ph. Martin's bombay india ink because it's cheaper than createx but it's still transparent. Colour theory is still something i need to work on (red-green colour blind) but i still enjoy using watercolours every now and then. The way you work is very similar to how I do my charcoal portraits so I can really connect with what you're saying. Clear video and explinations. nice work, thanks

Thanks for the great videos. Your techniques are awesome. When shading red, I've found using violet or violet with a few drops of black is a good shading color as it's less harsh than straight black. What do you think?

absolutely! Violet or even blue will work very well for those deep shadows. Easier to control too. I agree, the color black can be harsh if you spray too much.

I would love to see your insights to painting glass or transparent objects. Water pouring into or out of a glass or bottle?

absolutely- I used to draw and paint them all the time. Really fun to work on too. I'll get to it but have a bunch of other stuff lined up first!
