I love it how you never hear negative news about Airbnb like you do about FB, Uber, on and on. There is something powerful at play here ☺️
Are you sure?? They have a lot of problems in cities like New-York, Paris Barcelona and more.. They are the reason why the rent are skyrocketing. They are killing the small hotels one by one making thousands of employees loosing their job..

they suppress negative reviews on their platforms, you can't even put photos in your reviews, also there's plenty of fb groups complaining about the negatives of airbnb

Great advice. A shame Corp doesn’t listen to their own Founders. Scale is all that seems to matter now and hosts feel the difference.

Just proves that the smartest people in the world are actually the dumbest people in the world. Never let a no derail you. Your idea, if logical, can be the next big thing. Remember that a logical idea may not be embraced by "smart" people. I am currently involved in businesses that are not "scaleable" but I am wildly successful. I even do Airbnb, that is not considered "scaleable". I don't argue. I just laugh all the way to the bank and make my deposits. You can do the same.

Letting strangers stay at your house for a small fee? I'd say there were at least a few cultural hurdles to clear before such a phenomenon could really take hold.
