I've wanted these since 1996 when I was in high school. I remember everybody who played sports basketball, football, etc all had these shoes. They matched our school colors so varsity jackets, jerseys, etc looked perfect with these. I finally have a pair now and I love them. I just wasn't big on tennis shoes then but I remembered these.

The 96 and 2012s.

Bred 11 low ie is hands down my favorite as well as my first Jordan. Took me 20 years to get back into sneakers but eventually completed the low i.e. set 1996-2019. The ugly duckling to most, I love them.

Dope video as always! You guys are gonna take off any day now, you heard it here first. Always appreciate having the both of you share each of your opinions and histories with the shoes. I just got my first pair of 11s this month, some 2018 Concords, so I'm definitely late to the game. I keep telling myself I don't need the Breds, but you guys make it hard to resist haha

I've owned the OG 95 pair, never brought myself to wear them and just sold them after keeping them in my closet for years. The 2001 version was beautiful no cap the leather was smooth and I wore those and sold those eventually. Now I own the 2019 and wear them during the spring and summer clean them fairly often. The 2019 version with the banana shape and white outline on top of patent leather is nice.

96’ pair is the best ofc, 2019 is a close second. None of the others are close. And to all the people who don’t like the white edge on the PL: couldn’t disagree more. OG’s had it, and it makes the shoe pop so much better.

My high school colors were black and red so we would always rock the Playoffs Jordans from the year before. I had Concords and Bred's and while I think Concords look best, the Bred's bring back memories of high school ball. We may have sucked, but we looked great with black Nike socks n Bred's that year.

Damn to be honest.. I want to start collecting every 11bred just bc this video.. not no hype beast. Been wearing Jay's since I was a toddler. I'm 28 and have pics as proof with Jordan jerseys and pippen jerseys and rodman jerseys on. I had so many basketball/ baseball cards as a kid... All my belongings that my father had bought me and saved for me all got stolen. All my Barry bonds/mark McGuire/ jordan and a bunch of the greats sports card along with all my gear/sneakers/ gold jewelry got stolen once my dad died.. our family was heavily on drugs my mom wasn't around. And I was left to my aunt.. I've always made sure to get myself dope sneakers (always Jordan or Nikes) just based on that's how my fathers style was, and that's what he embedded into me.... But I kind of lost interest in collecting such things... I had alot that all vanished to itching tweakers... Makes me angry typing this. But won't nobody take my shit now! So thanks to this video I am going to start collecting again! This video was definitely a solid Push to start collecting and the breds is exactly what I feel that'd be perfect to start up again! Everything I save up will go to my sons and daughters!

The 2 0 1 9s are fresh🔥 but the Overall Shape of the shoe is a bit different from the 96’ pair... ex. 2019 has a Banana 🍌 tilt to it 96’OG is like a Dorito triangle 😳 In conclusion the 2001 brings back the best memories for me they are truly classics’ 🤷🏾‍♂️✌🏾

I finally was able to copped the 2019 bred last year cause i wanted to own one of these so bad tho. i love it so far!

The og's were the most comfortable in my opinion, its one thing I wish theyd copy better. The insoles are stiff, og's were so much softer and broke in better.

Bred 11's are all-time classic's. Can't go wrong with bred 11's. For me, i'd go with the og's, 2001, 2019. The 2012's still a decent retro tho.

To me the 2012 looks the best I don't like the white lining. It's throwing me off

I remember being a kid in high school having them 01 black and red I feel like the black and red had the cherry 🍒 bottom in 01 2019 is like a Swedish fish color

OG my fav loved them when they first came out n still love them the high cut everything!!

The conbred low's are ome of the greatest sneakers to come out. Hope they drop them on a high profile. They'll be even greater.

2019 version is the best next to the OG.

The cut on the Patton leather is way to high on the sides of the shoe. The 2001 is still the closest to the OG even though the red on sole on the 2001 is off. And to this day they still haven’t gotten the right tint of red like the OG

Crazy the ones going nuts over these sneakers, dont have no real memories of Jordan playing in any of these sneakers, I like the fact dude pointed out his folks had them so he understands the true meaning of these shoes, everything else is just over hyped sneakerheads (shout out to your folks real sneakerheads).

for us old guys we watched MJ play in all these shoes and we had the og's. I can understand how the younger gen wont be able to see it quite like we do though and how it seems saturated but I hope they keep making retro's for awhile.

@@davidca96 I hear you, I telling this young kid I work with and he couldn't believe me the first Jordans dudes was laughing at you for wearing them the generation before was still wearing the bird n magic converse, Adidas and others, a pair of Nike's weren't even that popular, dudes didn't really catch on to Jordan's until about the 3s and really blew up on the 4s the story is history.

I love Jordans even the year 2100 it going to continue to be coming out facts 100

I like the CDPs due to my liking of the lowered patent leather + the skinny slim toebox, but the pair of 11s from 2000-2001 are probably the best shaped 11s, maybe even quality next to the OGs, the 2012s are good but they fall into the big toebox 11s era that started right after the 2011 Concords

JB did do these shoes justice, but like AJ said, the presentation could have benen better woth a og retro card and maybe even better wrapping paper you know?

Back in 96 I was 19 when they came out and what was new to us was the paten leather and the red bottom. I still don’t have a pair not into paying above retail for any shoe.

I far prefer the low cut patent leather on the 2012 Bred 11's. I have both the 2012 and 2019, I grab the 2012's almost every time. I have an OG pair of the Columbias in a 12.5, the yellowing is just awesome. Still an 8/10. Head turners.

FACTS!

I understand the 11's being watered down especially if there is going to be 2 million produced but I think the value or return on your investment is going to be good despite the quantity that was manufactured. It's a year later that I bought 2 pairs of concords at $200 a pair and they are going for almost $300 today. Granted, it could take longer than a year to get a descent return but it's assured if your patient.

Concord 11 is the king, but bred 11 is the King's of king.

Og box is better. The slide out box is premium but it takes forever to simply grab my shoes. So I'm cool with this box going forward.
