@@V12509 oh I wish it was that easy. He's 2 years old now and I can hardly get him to eat anything, and it's not like I don't offer different kinds of food. He will literally starve himself before eating something he doesn't like. It's super frustrating.

@@reneebequick 🤔 I don’t know where you’re from, I understand it’s difficult for you as a parent to see your kid starve, some cultures might see what I’ll tell you now very harsh but let him starve, then once he eats he’ll like the food. This is actually a method to force oneself to like new food, the brain gets wired that this new food saved it after prolonged hunger and it will see it as heaven. My ex used to be good at introducing me to new food, she would mix stuff I like with new ingredients so it’s easier for me to get used to them, I remember her making me pasta with beans for example, or a cheese pie with some greens. One time she gave me lentils to eat, I liked it, didn’t use to eat it. You need to shuffle a bit, I used to dislike lots of foods like legumes, broccoli, mushrooms, seafood (now I literally eat everything that swims)… Another thing: Get him used to sleeping in noisy environments, I’m an extremely light sleeper so you might be able to ingrain deep sleep into him early on. Though I don’t know, you know best. Good luck, take care of the little man/princess 😊
