To the commenters about talking too much, it's good to know why things are done so that you can take that knowledge and apply it to other recipes. Also the extra knowledge can help solve cooking problems.

Not quite true. If you boil spuds & then put them into the fridge over night, some of the starch turns into resistant starch. Next day you can then use those spuds to make potatoe salad or air fry them or whatever you like.

I also love leaving on the skins & they are better for glycemic load…..which means they are better for you🥰. Also “The skin of sweet potatoes is also a good source of potassium and a quercetin. Potassium helps control blood pressure and reduces the risk of heart disease, while quercetin is a flavonol that boosts the immune system”

Wow, those look amazing! And yes, I'll bet garlic aioli would be the perfect dip for them. Yum! I'm surprised that you use chickpeas as they are a legume, which is considered inflammatory (though I'm sure they are very tasty!). I checked out the rest of the list on your pdf and I agree that's a great overall standard to follow. 👍

Yep, dip these in a little aioli and it's the bomb!! And it's interesting you say that chickpeas are inflammatory. They are on many lists that say they are anti inflammatory.
