This video shows you the similarities between Mae and Ushiro Ukemi. In fact, the two are practically identical and you can use the same technique for both rolls. 💪
I’ll show you three variations and if you’ve never tried this before, it’s best to start on your knees. If you already feel confident, test it from a standing position and see what you do differently with Mae and Ushiro Ukemi and where the common points lie. 😄
