Aiden is very intelligent. Perfect demeanor for a QB. Calm and collected. No unnecessary words, no BS. Seems like a genuine dude who knows wtf he needs to do to be successful and lead. Breath of fresh air at QB.

He’s not mobile but all of his attributes are better than DC gave us. We got our QB forget about the noise. Barring injury AOC will put up more yards this year than Carr has ever had.

I know what you went through last year and I know there were certain games that you could’ve won I saw your hard ships. But I definitely saw your growth !! I like your accuracy Need to work on your foot movement add pocket presence a little bit better And stop fumbling the ball !!! Take the sack if you have to, but hold onto the ball

He will learn those things in due time, he was good at throwing the football away when pressured in college. Did he have 1 fumble? I'm trying to remember. I remember he had one that was ruled an incomplete forward pass, after initially ruled a fumble. I only remember one actual fumble.

@@Navigator001 he fumbled in the first game against San Diego and then in the Miami game on that fourth down They’re not that big of a deal I’m just saying learn how to hold onto the ball and take a sack and leave to fight another day Other than that, I thought the guy did really well considering

If you know Aiden’s story you know he’s a fighter. Excited to see what he does this season
I believe in this kid. He's overcome so much to find himself where he is, and he has learned so many valuable things that are crucial to success as an NFL QB. He's worked hard, kept his chin up, and persevered when things didn't go his way. He's taken note of his weaknesses and put in the work to get better. You'd hate to see him not succeed after having beaten the odds as he has so far.
Super happy to see Aidan on the Rush, been hoping that dude will be the starter and be successful

These guys are class acts, the way they respected AOC and his faith and the way they didn’t use profanity to carry on their conversations
The fact he came out a better person and player from last season and being thrown in the fire after having to deal with a clown of a coach in McDumbass excites me to see what he can do with a consistent HC and time to mesh with his weapons. I believe he’ll have something Carr never had which is consistency. Sounds like a QB that can lead a winning team.

I love how intelligent aiden is. He’s really straightforward and humble.
If you’re not behind this kid playing and being successful, you’re missing some very basics of being a Raiders fan. All of our successful QBs overcame a ton of adversity in their football lives and earned everything they received. He’s already passed certain lessons most young QBs take much longer to. So let’s let it play out and see where he lands. Minshew same thing. Very Gannon like in many ways. Would play better than his teams starters who those teams had invested a ton of assets into. So he’s had to move on for an opportunity to start. So let these guys fight it out and see where they land. Good bet there’s a great script written for one of their careers.

Minshew didn't move on for an opportunity to start, he got paid a lot of money as a backup in case Aidan doesn't work out, which is unlikely. Now he can buy a new van to live down by the river. (Chris Farley reference)

I’ve liked O’Connell since he was drafted, i think he could be a good nfl starter in the future.
I appreciate AOC humbleness and his calm, relaxed approach to the game and the fact that he feels that he wasn't suppose to make it. But at some point his going to have to develop that Kobe, MJ mentality. As well as being able to channel pressure and urgency on the football field when the game is on the line. I believe in AOC12 but his success will be determined if his able to have that switch. LFG!!! RN4L!
