Sorry Dale we do not offer private therapy or home visits which is why we host workshops around the UK, which also is no use to you as you would have to travel. Dale, please be assured that you were not born with any of your issues. Your agoraphobia and fears are your fight or flight response protecting you, just like Nicola's in the video. You have obviously suffered traumas in your life. The way to begin to overcome them is firstly to complete a timeline of your life to identify exactly what they are. You can then get help for the causes and not the symptoms. Please also check out Trauma Research UK as they have many free download resources to help too.

so sorry to hear that Kerry. Please take hope from the fact Nicola completely overcame her agoraphobia, (to the point that she now has horses and is hardly at home) so you can too. The key to doing that is completing a timeline and identifying the causes. Trauma Research UK utilise many of our methods so please take a look at their website. x

This video gave me hope and I cried watching it ❤️. I can relate as I’ve been unable to leave my home for over 3 years now, since the pandemic and my beloved Gran passed away in 2020 from dementia. I have ptsd and contamination ocd and think my fear is of catching covid. Anytime I attempt to go outside I get very severe panic attacks to the point where I am unable to move and am somehow frozen with fear. I cannot be near anyone except my parents because I get the same panic reaction even if I see someone at a distance, I’m 30 and rely on my parents for everything. I have to speak to my friends over the phone or video call because I can’t see them in person. The loneliness is hard and I feel it’s something many people don’t understand. I’ve tried medication and cbt, self help books etc but still I’m stuck and can’t get past this fear of covid and people. I feel I’m just existing and not living and I blame myself for it. I hope one day that I can somehow change like the wonderfully brave lady in this video. I think the work you do is incredible and I want to thank you Nik and Eva for sharing this video, giving us hope and making this world a better place xx ❤️😊🙏🦋.

I am so sorry for those going through this. Although I didn’t have agoraphobia, I had some bad anxiety for years. I read a book called DARE by Barry McDonough and it helped me immensely. There is an app and I think he just started a podcast. Please check them out and good luck to you all!

17:51 Amazing! All she needed was eating. That's the cause, the root of her agorafobia. She explains she felt "daft' knowing that it took 4 years of her life for no reason. 18:52 At the same day "There's nothing wrong with her." 19:06 "Our job is to help her realise how ridiculous it is and how something so small has been allowed to turn a world upside down." 21:37 eight hours of talking.. She's free again. She was healed in 8 hours. Ok. Remember eating before any activity.
