Overcoming Claustrophobia I Nik & Eva
Sandra age 62 has suffered with Claustrophobia all her life. Before she goes anywhere, she needs to know all the exits in advance. Even getting into a car is difficult and she can't be driven without having the windows open. Now needing life prolonging treatment, she needs to overcome her phobia to be able to have MRI scans and use hospital lifts.

I have the same claustrophobia😢
My 7 year old daughter has a fear of elevators and public toilets. We have tried pin pointing where it has stemmed from (as she used to be okay in these situations) but we cannot seem to identify what has triggered it. Please help!
Yes I'm claustrophobic as well hate travelling though I would love to in places I allways look for a exit as well fear of lifs closed toilets and flying even coaches please help me thank you xx❤
