I used it... I was prussia and russia declared on me and ALONE I kept russia away from Berlin, but I used this glitch to make UK declare war on russia so I can make peace with it because ... war weariness... (I was in victorian era scenario at the start) P.S. I knew this gitched already

I remember playing as serbia. Morocco attacked me i and i ignored it... spoilers , bad mistake . They sent 5k troop landings and destroyed all i had , i was at war with romania and i was broke. It ended up as my death. I hate you morocco.

Austria then easily invaded Serbia. I recommend you watching a movie 'Kralj Petar I', or 'King Peter I'. Find a translated one, original is on Serbian language.

Trust me, I've done this, and instantly got steamrolled, of course, I won because... Ya know? *p a i d a l l y* but even then you won't gain any territory and lose hundreds because of a pointless war and your allies profit from it.
