Thanks for sharing your story Scott. Finding myself in an eerily similar situation to yours - running has been phenomenal in restoring my mental health and allowing me to recultivate that discipline I once had in the military.

I hear ya brother! The military mindset and brotherhood, the routine and discipline it is hard. My biggest thing was learning to not replace military life but accept a new life and a new routine, because I tried replacing and recreating it. Kept me in the past
