    Sir mera termination hua hai, Company ne kaha ke No Fnf will be applicable, but mera 40 days ka salary pending hai, please let me know what can be done.

    Firstly talk to your HR politely, follow up on regular basis because they have main evidence and that is Termination

    Yes i have salary issue I m a social media manager since 2017 My 3 month’s salary is in hold I am facing to much trouble Jab bhi slry ki bat krti hu wo 5,10 hazar dekr bahane bna dete hai day by day month bdhte ja rhe hai salry ke naam pr tukde de rhe hai..! Mai kya kru smjh ni aata chor bhi ni skti job itne mahine ki slry hai Or chq mil jane or bhi ni chor skti wo bad mei bhi chq cancel krwa skta hai..!mai lya kru please tell me mai chahti hu meri slry timely clear kre ya puri slry dede taki mei kahi or try kr sku plzzz btayye

    Hello sir, I have been put on PIP for one month and in between I have resigned. As per company policy they need to give 3 month salary as I am ready to serve notice period. But they are denying to pay 3 month salary and want me to relieve immediate. What action can I do against them?

    You should talk to HR politely and say I am gonna take legal action, if they are not listening then you can take legal action but 1stly inform them

    If an employee's doesn't serve notice period then how much salary he has to pay?. My salary comprises Basic salary-23k, personal pay- 11k, HRA- 11k, night shift allowance-2400 and xray certification allowance-6k. Do i have to pay whole salary or i have to pay only basic salary and HRA. And in my appointment letter it is mentioned that if i have to leave the company then i have to pay one month salary or serve one month notice period but now they are making me signing a letter in which the notice period is extended from 1 month to 3 months. Can they make such changes? Kindly tell me with reference.

    Notic period is not a legal term, so you follow it or not this is your choice. If company invest in your training thus you follow otherwise no any one pressurized to follow this type notice period.

    Sir my ek private company me job kar Raha tha jab mera selection huwa toh sir ne bola tha ki 3 month k bad salary badhao ga toh Maine wait Kiya after 3 months Maine sir se pucha toh wo bolraha hai ki nahi badhao ga my ne kahan theek hai sir my nikal jata huw Aaj ki shop se mere 15 din hogaye hai shop pe ye 15 din ki salary dedo toh wo bol Raha hai nahi dunga kya karu sir my
