AGA N63TU Valve Stem Seal Tool
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Introducing the newest tool kit from AGA: The N63TU Valve Stem Seal Tool Kit. This kit was designed specifically for BMW N63TU and S63TU engines to make removing and installing valve stem seals quick and easy.
This brand new kit allows the technician to replace the valve stem seals without removing the engine and cylinder heads. By not having to remove the engine or cylinder heads from the vehicle, this saves over numerous hours of labor.
This kit includes our custom-made Valve Stem Seal Pliers and our chain holding tool.
Please Note: This kit is only for BMW N63TU and S63TU engines. Our N62 and N63 Valve Steam Seal tool kit will not work. Please purchase the N63TU kit if you intend to work on N63TU and S63TU engines.

What a quality video, kit, and instruction. Kudos to you sir.
This makes the job like a walk in the park, best BMW tools that i have ever seen.

HA and i was doing all that with a bent screw driver , a bit of blue roll and a large lump hammer . Nice to see the proper way
I can only imagine how much it would cost to do this job in a shop 😮great video btw sir true pro
Still looks like hell on earth.
great tool kits by aga 👍
Very informative video. Thank you.
very good explanation
What are all the gaskets/seals required to complete this job? Other than the valve seals and valve cover gaskets? Trying to find info before doing this job myself.
Makes me want to buy a smoking BMW :)

it's really not. Par for the course when it comes to european cars. Honestly, seems a bit better thought out than anything current from VW group, or MB.

Getting the engine & trans out of the car is a chore in itself. I wonder what the cost is for the entire operation at the BMW dealer?
So has any one done this repair with engine on the vehicle for the newer N(S)63x engines? Has anyome become proficient on the car repairs?

OMG! I could almost pay BMW to do the job for what your kit cost!

If time is of the essence or skill level isn't there, we strongly recommend you taking it to a dealership.

And, I'm not sure why I'm watching this... I'm not a mechanic and I'm not a BMW owner either... lol
if I change the door module I need to verify the are the same numbers on it or doesn't matter?

Trino, I would call your local BMW workshop and have them give you an answer for that.
Intense. But BMW is way to sophisticated to work on I'd rather have a Toyota

Max, who is going to work on the BMWs then?!

There are two categories of BMW owners. Those who can afford to buy new ones, and those who know how to work on older ones. Either way, they're great driving machines. Specialized tools are not exclusive to BMW, several makes require specific equipment to work on engines. dealerships have known this for years, and now, anyone can buy these tool kits.
Does this tool realy work on s63 also?

@@AGATools The danish accent ;) Although it was very subtle. Great video btw.
The fact that you need to replace cheap rubber pieces with a $1700 kit blows my mind. What a horrible design.

The alternative is a job that is quoted for 40-50 hrs of labour at the shop according to official BMW procedures, which is even more mind-boggling. Over 3 grand in labour for cheapo rubber parts replacement... Last car manufacturer with this kind of procedures went bankrupt (on some Jaguars, you had to drop the entire rear subframe to replace the fuel filter...)

@@PetitCorpsSalade Well, they certainly don't build them with ease of repair in mind on that robotic line in Munich. And obviously don't test them out for longevity.

This makes life and the financial hit to the consumer increasingly painful .!! It makes you not keep this vehicle at all and make consumers switch brands
Great tool company ! However I would never own a BMW simply because their design flaws😊
After the first 7 words the video could have ended.
AGA is lucky to have such bmw junk. Otherwise, they would not make these tools and make money.
this is so dumb honestly. Why would bmw make a design like this.
