Since I have osteoporosis, I always make sinigang salmon head and drink the soup. Left over soup are stored in the fridge.

This was all done and it will go nicely with rice or potatoes. You could even cook a little curried rice with carrots. Some spinach will help with the veggies.

I actually don't use oil because salmon has its own when you cook it comes out naturally, also not necessarily needed to blanch them. Put them in a non stick pan to fry you'll notice how much oil of salmon will come out and then use the same oil for saute.

We buy the whole 20 inch or more wild coho ❤salmon most of the time if the right season comes along; I do the sinaing (Kapangpangan/Tagalog style); or sarsiyado etc

Am sure you can PanFry the Salmon instead then less oil is use. I think you can add Tofu too. Recipe looks good. Will try it by Pan Fry it.
