Thank you so much Cyrena 🙏 Hair type (fine/medium/coarse) and not Hair Pattern (curly/wavy/straight) is really what determines the products you use to care for your hair. But if you mean wearing your hair naturally curly/wavy the "curly girl method" is really the best way I've found. But it's a commitment bc you have to do it all the time. Aka: You can't go back and forth between smooth styles and natural curls 👍

@Blowout Professor Hi Chris! What is your opinion on using an all natural hair oil, such as an almond oil & olive oil blend? They are both lightweight and much cheaper than professional oils. Am I actually hydrating my ends enough with this mixture? Also, is it okay to use leave in conditioner every day on dry hair? Just enough to help keep it moisturized?

I found your channel recently and can’t thank you enough for your information and tips. I started with this video on three different hair types and quickly went down a rabbit hole to solve my chronic hair dilemmas 😄 After struggling with my hair for months (using way too much Olaplex 4 and 5!) I purchased Redken Volume Injection, Cleansing Cream, Big Blowout, and a thermal protectant from Joico (Hot Sets 22 wasn’t available but I have it on order). I followed your suggestions to a T and am happy to report that I’m now on my second day post wash and my fine hair is still clean and fluffy-and that’s even after a fairly sweaty workout last evening. My hair barely needs a minor touch up this morning! I’ve always used salon products but clearly hadn’t been using them correctly. Thank you!

I've been watching your videos for 3 weeks now and I have bought the shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, big blowout, the heat protectant, and oil for my hair.. I have used them twice now and the second time was alot better than the first.. but I really like this routine.. I'm just having a hard time doing the curling method you do.. the rope curls, (cause I'm so use to the curling iron with the clamp) but my curls are lasting 3 to 4 days now and I only wash every 5 days.. long story I know, but I've really educated myself with your techniques and I feel like this is gonna work for me.. I've always used high end products but it just seems like these work really good in my hair.. thank you for all the videos, you truly taught me alot..I will continue to watch your videos..👍❤️🙏

I just recently downloaded your recommendation list and put the products for my long fine naturally silver hair on my Amazon list. Then today I get a follow up email with this video link attached. Now I know what to use in what order and how to use it. I bought your wet brush a few weeks ago and it is wonderful. As soon as I use up my Bumble & Bumble products, I'll place my Amazon order for a more perfected routine. Thank you so much!

Hi, I’m a new viewer to your channel. Love your honest instructions on how we should take care of our hair. Most of the products you suggest are mainly for color treated hair. I’m someone who has never colored my hair or used blow dryers or flat irons. I have long fine hair. I would love it if you can make a video for people who don’t normally do much to their hair and what kinds of products they should be using since its never been color treated.

I've tried looking for help before but got completely disillusioned with youtubers and influencers... being autistic, these videos are perfect for me to be able to follow and understand. No over editing and nonsense. Thank you so much for being so concise and keeping it super simple, yet being specific. This is eveything!!

Also the recommendation you gave about washing your hair on top first and then putting the conditioner on the midshaft and ends I'm loving that recommendation so far thank-you

I personally thank you for the great channel and the information you provide to the public for free! 2 days ago I discovered your channel. To my great shame, the technique of washing my hair under the shower was not correct either, I put into practice all your suggestions, my hair looks gorgeous, it is medium and wavy, dyed in a color similar to the natural color, I have white hair and a little past shoulder-length, iron / electric brush occasionally use them. My hair looks divine, it was crying for leave in conditioner and oil, plus heat protection for special occasions.

Without joke. The fun and info, the easy steps, the logic and no nonsense... You sir, have saved my hair. Incredible! (Well, I mean, it's been 5 weeks, BUT OH THOSE 5 WEEKS, I am confident the mid-length will finally grow out too 😍 and that makes me truthfully excited) My dry ends have seen the end of their days, instead of "being dry for two days and the third it's time to shower again 😖 and my stagnant mid-length is getting it's care to keep on growing. It's a hair journey 😊 Thank you!!!

This video has helped me go 6 days between washes. 😮 I always took care of my hair and used salon products, but just a few little changes and my hair is AMAZING! Thanks

Thank you Chris, I love your videos & find them so helpful . I have naturally wavy , course , bleached hair & find it difficult to maintain my style so I usually end up straightening my hair because after a day my curles & waves turn to friz
