Thank you so much everyone. This is from a couple years back. We actually got pregnant with another little baby boy before our daughter and lost him during pregnancy. So she is more special to us than you could ever imagine. Our last child. Our first and only daughter and our rainbow baby❤❤ I want to add that this was at 11 at night after he finished up a 16 hour shift. Bless his heart.

I can assure all 5 boys we just as excited as my husband and I. None of them want for much and most of their friends comment about how lucky they are. We love all of our beautiful blessings equally. It was just exciting to finally be able to buy dresses

People going on about the girl having 5 protective brothers... You do realise that this girl will grow up with, play with, fight with and learn from her 5 brothers. She’ll be formidable in her own right.

You then learn how to joke around with other men later on in life, handle situations better with intolerable people, become more wiser in regards to whether a fight is worth it or not (physically I mean) and If constantly play fighting was a part of growing up then it also helps develop endurance to pain and also stamina. Although it is great to learn all of this, it's a great thing to know when you have your own crew of protective brothers at your side ❤️

Lol my daughter has five brothers who wrestle and stuff with her but she still turned out girly, loving twirly dresses and shiny stuff. I do suppose she'll get dirty, or wrestle in a "pretty" dress so you might be right. We raise our sons to be the type of man we want our daughter to marry and we raise her to, hopefully, have enough self confidence to only pick men worth being with (and to be the type of women we'd want our sons to marry as well).

This is how father responds to his daughter. This is so beautiful. Listen to those sons.. just beautiful

When my younger brother cries, he is told by relatives, especially by my parents that he is acting like a "weird little girl." That makes him feel bad so he cries even more & they can't understand why. Also, I personally believe that a man is way more attractive when he is emotional; it's an amazing thing to see them break that societal barrier, and it's sad when they feel ashamed about it. My sis had 3 boys. My bro had the first girl in the family since me. When I asked what gift I could give he said anything but clothing. As it turned out, my niece had enough clothing to last her until she was at least 5yo. He ended up exchanging outfits with friends and neighbors up to about 5 years old.

This is so sweet. This man is so happy to have a girl. He was expecting another boy you could tell... Then when those pink balloons floated out he just cryed. Happy tears all around 😍!!!

Aww the boys. This was such a wholesome reveal. That little girl will have much love.

My boyfriend's dad has 5 boys and last year received a girl. She is such a spoilt little girl and this couple is very blessed to have a girl. The chances of having a girl after so many boys is so very slim.

4 brothers, only daughter, NYPD father. It's interesting to hear now about the guys that were interested while I was in high school. Apparently people were told to stay away. That will be one well protected little girl. In retrospect, I appreciate the protection!

Muffin ohhhh you know this is going to be best dad ever.😍 you never realize how much your missing till a child comes into your life then you realize how much your heart and life needed a child. Then you know your blessed.

She'll be well protected with 5 older brothers and papa. I love how happy he is, a man that feels blessed by every child.

Of course God plans is perfect and bigger than ours, i had always been craving for a child. I thought that it was never going to happen, but God had another plan for me and my wife He will be 7months old tomorrow is healthy and a continious joy in our life.
