I've finally found this recipe for potato schnitzel with ground potato meat! It's so delicious that you can even make it every day. This simple potato schnitzel recipe has become perfect for me and my family. I can even cook it every day. Just give it a try. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
380 g potatoes
Salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
150 g minced beef
½ onion
70 g carrots
Black pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp water
½ tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp flour
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
100 g carrots
300 g cucumbers
1 small red onion
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
Juice of ¼ lemon
½ tbsp sesame oil
Salt
paprika
1 tbsp sesame seeds
