I'm also farming in decent country, my old farm in SA was purchased for redistribution. I used to employ 85 people, turn over in the millions. It's now a shell, house ransacked , trees dry and minimal bearing. No cattle , no chickens. . So good to be gone. If you say anything about this destruction of your farm, you are labeled a racist. I just laugh, they can have it, it's theirs to break.

During Apartheid, non-whites held no political power and the white-led government only looked out for whites. You'd suppose that after Apartheid was scrapped, South Africa would transform into a tolerant, multicultural society...but it turned out the complete opposite. In modern-day South Africa, whites hold no political power and the black-led government simply ignores the racially-motivated murders of Afrikaner farmers.

Georgia is a beautiful country, so under-rated, underappreciated and deserving of so much more than it currently has due to its unfortunate neighbourhood. The Georgians have a beautiful alphabet, one of only a handful of independently developed alphapets in the whole world. Jason and the argonauts traveled to the land of the Golden Fleece, the traditional way Georgians got gold out of the rivers that flowed from the Caucasus through their beautiful lands. My family is Afrikaans on my mothers side and we came to Australia in 1979 so I dont really remember South Africa much, still it fills my heart with sadness to hear what the current politicians are doing to my people. I wish these families all the best, I believe Georgian is exceptionally difficult to learn for us Germanic speakers. Learn the traditional dances, my word they do the most athletic dances I have ever seem 💞🌈💕😎

Not all Whites in South Africa are Afrikaans people and Afrikaans people aren't exactly Dutch they a mix of Dutch,German,French,Irish,English and even to a degree Portuguese who mixed and formed a language and identity that's been in South Africa for hundreds of years, in South Africa most minorities are suffering but for other South Africans it's easier to get out then it is for Afrikaans people, it's like telling White Americans to go back to England after hundreds or years being there, it's not easy and I don't think most wanna leave but with what's happening in South Africa with racism against Whites and Indians and minorities and killings and farm attacks and people getting slaughtered everyday and the economy literally collapsing in front everyone's eyes people won't have a choice but to leave

Your comment make sense to me tank you, it just that with my little knowledge Afrikaners were from the Dutch. And I didn't go deeper to find the whole info about Dutch language and its people. Georgia is a good country, yes they have their problems, mainly post soviet corruption, but slowly it is getting better. They are very friendly, laid-back people who love a good drink, good company, good food! They are far more similar to Italians, Portuguese or Spaniards than to Russians. Great move on part of Georgian government! Taking people who are happy to make it alive, not sucking on welfare teeth, skilled farmers and craftsmen, people who will most likely integrate within 10 years and make their new homeland prosperous!
