:Fair use is a legal doctrine that promotes freedom of expression by permitting the unlicensed use of copyright-protected works in certain circumstances. Section 107 of the Copyright Act provides the statutory framework for determining whether something is a fair use and identifies certain types of uses-such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research-as examples of activities that may qualify as fair use. Section 107 calls for consideration of the following four factors in evaluating a question of fair use:

Lots of references to parts of cars (despite the bike in the video) which feature in many T.Rex tracks. Bolan couldn't drive, but owned a Rolls Royce I believe. Sadly, and ironically, he died in a car crash where the driver (his girlfriend) survived 😢

If he would have been in a Rolls Royce instead of a Mini Cooper he would have probably survived the accident.

Crank it up! This classic never goes out of style. We were still grooving to this song in the eighties and nineties before I got old. Heh. Good to see it still holds its magic.

Marc Bolan has quite a few power pop and just cool songs you might like."Foxy Boy", "Sing Me A Song", "New York City", "Teenage Dream", "The Soul Of My Suit", "Celebrate Summer", "Dandy In The Underworld", "Metal Guru", "Telegram Sam", and "The Slider". He also has a couple of neat versions of "Summertime Blues" and "To Know You Is To Love You" which is a slight variation of "To Know Him Is To Love Him" by The Teddy Bears. One of those Phil Spector girl groups. Bobby Vinton did it also. He started out with just him on guitar and another mate on bongos before he went electric as they say. One of the first Glam Rock artists. Some of his songs have some weird lyrics-lol.

Mark Bolan and TRex were massive in the 70's - and then he died in a car crash in 1977 aged just 29. I know the memorial near the tree they crashed into, still with tributes from all around the world - even found a Japanese TV crew there one time. Hot Love, Ride a White Swan, I love to Boogie, Children of the Revolution to name a few tracks.
