Im born and raised in Dallas Tx and i Can asure you this house is not located in the city of Dallas. All you realtors need to stop promoting suburbs as the city of Dallas. Rockwall, Rowlett, Plano, Richardson, Royce City, Arlington, Desoto, Duncanville, Farmers Branch, etc are NOT THE CITY OF DALLAS!

Anything south of Dallas, I30 and I20 are usually cheaper than North Dallas (Frisco, McKinney, Celina, Melissa, Prosper) or North Ft Worth (Southlake, Northlake, Coppell, Colleyville).
