Lovely home....But most importantly the word (scripture) that you spoke into this video is awesome. So glad you and your wife were able to survive your trying times after the military. @johnf321 Standard Canadian homes were always more expensive. The value of Canadian currency is also more than the US dollar though.

Outstanding videos! Especially this one. It’s clearly amazing how expensive it is up here in Toronto Canada. This home is easily $2M. Such an unfortunate situation up here. I love this home and the fact that America knows the lower the larger bills are, like a mortgage, the more you have to spend on the other things like food and enjoyment.

I don't like the kids rooms being too far away from my room. Not when they are young. Especially when they are at the front of the house where there's no privacy and I'm at the back of the house. Makes me nervous but I really love this home. It's well appointed and is the perfect size for a family.

Residents pay a fee for a third party to enforce neighborhood rules that deal with property upkeep, but in the USA they have gotten so far from their goal and the HOA polices people for the most ridiculous things and can take your home after a certain amount of violations. An example of an HOA rule in my neighborhood which I have received a violation for is having a potted plant in front of the garage, having the trash bin on the side of the home instead of the backyard, not having enough grass when the Texas heat literally killed everyone's lawns and stores were not selling grass to replace it because all their grass was dead too. It's really not worth moving into a neighborhood that has HOA. All neighborhoods don't have one.
