I clicked on this knowing forney would be on the list. Unless something is done on getting to and from there, the property values will plunder. There are two ways to get there, both are 4 lane highways that double as parking lots most of the day. To get from mesquite to the center of forney (I've lived here 44 years and that used to be a short trip) can take over an hour on my lunch break. Warning, don't move to forney unless you plan to rarely leave

Highway 80 will change your mind !!! Hell to the no for me with Forney & Mesquite is a no for me , 635 like 80 will drive you insane. Euless is close to DFW airport so it’s a good place to live. GP is alright & Wylie isn’t bad at all , just a bit far .

Some of this feels dishonest. When you're talking about Mesquite and show a picture of some other city... I've lived here 44 years and there is no downtown that close

Whats your thoughts on Murphy, duncanville, hurst, addison and irving? I’m in MD and know nothing about TX

Addison, Hurst and Irving can all be great but are more central and come at a cost/convenience. Murphy and Duncanville are more affordable north and south suburbs where your money likely can take you further.
