I love your prayer @ the end but we all do need more information Lot size, Property taxes annually.. Texas taxes works likes CA or NOT, crimes rates, school systems, university, year round temp in that Texas area?!etc.curious?!…. Mr. ….. We praise Jesus Christ the Lord…. We wouldn't build a house like this in Toronto Canada without a full basement, but you wouldn't touch a home like this for less than $1.8 Million. I honestly don't understand how you can obtain building materials and labor and make a profit selling for under $300K. Is the land free??? 600 sq. ft. condo apartments here start at $800K with a $800 per month maintenance fee on top of your mortgage payment.

Check that foundation. As soon as you walk up. There is a crack in the right side wall as you walk up to the home. Also the exposed plumbing pipes as you walk up to the home is not reassuring when it comes to the builders' attention to detail and craftsmanship.

My cousin lives in Austin TX and I'm from England. Still amazes me how big her house is and how all 4 bedrooms each have an en-suite, only cost 435k but here in England would be like 1 mil or more.

265k ! I can understand why older folks selling their houses in cali and moving to Texas. You can buy 3-4 houses after selling out here, that house out here easily sells for 1.5 depending on location way more.
