This is a great video! I have all but Caresse de Roses. After hearing your take on it, I don't feel that I need it to complete the collection (Hubby will thank you!). I agree with your analysis on each of the other four fragrances. L'extase Rose Absolue is stunning. It is probably my favorite of the lot. I had not thought about Rose Extase for day, then LRA for evening - Brilliant. The shorter wear time for RE would allow for that beautifully, as well. L'Extase is quite nice, I enjoy it, but could live without it. Chant D'Extase, in my opinion, could stand alone as a pillar. Lovely fragrance that, like you said, is perfect for warm (even HOT) weather. You look fantastic, btw! Love the new background! 🤩

Thank you for this video, I was confused with the two darker ones but i ended up purchasing the absolu and the chant one. I've only worn chant a few times and haven't worn the absolu, I feel like it's a fall/ winter fragrance. I'm glad with my choices after seeing this.

I'm a fairly newbie subscriber and really appreciate this review. Thanks! It inspired me to pick up the L'extase Rose Absolue from Fragbuy - which arrived recently - and OMG - it is the most divine rose scent I have ever smelled! I am heartbroken though as I only bought one bottle and when I went back for a backup bottle - Fragbuy was all sold out! I so hope they restock...and soon...as this scent is beyond addictive! I do want to try the others in the line - down the line. Might get the Chant for summer!

Thanks for the video Maria and love the new background! From this line I own Caresses de Roses which I love for it’s softness and clean musky rose scent. Longevity isn’t great, but don’t mind it at all. I also have Rose Extase which is indeed a sweet jammy rose which becomes more smooth and powdery in the drydown. It also shares simularities with Kenzo World edt, that I own as well and which is also created by FK. Other affordable FK creations i own are Elisabeth Arden Green Tea, Lanvin Rumeur (it’s meh, smells like toiletfreshner to me haha) and Narciso Roderiquez for her edt. I would like to test L’Extase Rose Absolu, but can’t seem to find it in stores where I live here in the Netherlands.

I also trust you, you’re not going to try to sell us something, just giving us your honest reviews. I really appreciate this. Yes, I love Kyse! my faves so far are Peche eau Yuzu, Oui Plus!, Zuccherotto...I have yet to try the Marshmallow one but I also love the brûlée one...I have a bunch more samples and hope to go through them soon and give an update

Hi Marie, I have the original, the chant and the rose extase. I would love to get the absolute(black) also. They are so reasonable on Fragrancenet, that it's hard to go wrong. I just live layering the original with Kayali's Pink Pepper Diamond fragrance. What a fantastic combo! I agree with your assessment on everything in this video! Go Girl!!!

Had no idea there were so many flankers to the l’exstace perfume. In fact I didn’t even know about the pillar fragrance. This was informative and the bottles are so beautiful. The gold hardware looks so pretty with your skin tone, hair and makeup. Yellow gold looks amazing on you.

I almost decluttered Rose absolue but I’m giving it another try ,I do think I’d like the pink one better 🤷‍♀️ I love the blue bottle and can imagine it smells lovely 🌊 Loved hearing your comparison Hugs 🤗

Well I would choose both. That said, my first choice was L'extase...it's more versatile in my opinion. That said, rose absolue is so fantastic and deep.

Elizabeth Arden Green Tea. The OG! Not sure you could get more affordable than that! I love it so much! Also, love the new backdrop!

Hello Maria, I’ve never tried this line , but I will now that’s for sure they sound amazing. I do have MFK Gentle fluidity Gold which is a beautiful fragrance, but it is quite expensive sadly. I’m lot planning on purchasing anymore from MFK due to the price. ❤️❤️

Yes, if it's something that is just so special that I can't live without it, then I will spring for the more expensive but sometimes there are more alternative options that are just as beautiful!

Earlier this year I asked for suggestions for dark and/or jammy rose scents in a fragrance forum and discovered L'Extase Rose Absolue. I absolutely love it! This summer I did a sample swap with a perfume friend and after trying Chant d'Extase I ordered a bottle the next day! I haven't tried the original L'Extase, but the caramel and raspberry sound appealing. I wish there was a reason to buy the pink bottle 🧁🍭💗

The pink one is definitely a beautiful jammy rose.

It’s funny, I own the exact three you suggested. The other two, I don’t have. I’ve never smelled Oud Satin Mood, but Rose Exstase gives me Oud Bouquet or Intense Cafe vibes.

First, I love the background. Also, I have bottle 3 & 4. Like you said, one for the day and the other to layer at night. Even though a little similar, my husband can’t stand the smell of the one that compares to Oud Satin Mood but he LOVES the pink bottle. I love both 😂 Now I need to go get that beautiful blue bottle.

yes. L’EXtase Rose Absolute - the one you and I prefer - hubby does not care for…at all! 😆 To me, it smells very similar with one being deeper and woodier but that’s also the first perfume he told me “it doesn’t smell good at all!” 😆 How rude! Right?! Normally, I would sell or give away perfumes that hubby doesn’t like but I really, really like it!! I can’t wait to use it this coming fall & winter. As for Rose Extase, he love love love it! In fact, that’s the perfume that made him realize & surprised that he likes rose notes/scents on me. Great review!!

I own the 1st one Lextase, bought it over and over, and I totally agree with your recommendation - but I will choose the Lextase over all other. Now I will buy the other two, because I have a feeling that your choice of perfume is similar to mine; more of sensual, seductive, and longevity.

They are all pretty well gorgeous but the OG is my fave too!

I like the new background! I had a few of those fragrances but I only kept rose absolute (black bottle) rose extase was a bit too floral. I had chant extase too but it wasn't really my jam.... I also didn't like the original one

Hi Maria.......... I'm just doing a shout out to you, for the great video! I'm betting that I would love the OG if it has a Carmel note. I sorta soured on Nina Ricci frags after wearing a few for too long. Loved/hated. Our likes really change as we age. How did I ever wear that is a question I often ask myself. I have been ordering a lot of mostly designer samples, AND generally not liking many. That's o.k.........that's the idea. Better to try than buy a FB mistake. ***E.SAAB SHINE is so much better than GON. I would have tried the 3rd flanker, but it wasn't available.

I have Narcisso Rodriguez For Her, both EDP & EDT.(Love them both) Elie Saab Le Parfum (Love), Burberry Her Intense & Brit Rhythm Floral (Both Like a lot). EA Green Tea (so affordable!) I do also have Oud Satin Mood which L'Extase Rose Absolue IS practically spot on for. I have BR540, but I do not love it. Sometimes I feel like I'm the oddball because I've never really cared for BR540 or any of it's "smell alikes". I don't hate it, it's just not my thing.

Hi i got the rose extase and it is divine if you live in hot weather it's going to last on you for a good 5 hours it's airy creamy rose done in a beautiful way also the extase edp and absolute rose are amazing

Love you addressed redundancy.

I really enjoy this line, I have all of them. I find it's a pretty cohesive line, they all smell like they belong to the same line, but there is a good amount of differentiation between most of them. My favourite is probably the Absolue with the rest not far behind. The Caresse is my least favourite as well, but I do enjot it, but I had pretty poor performance as well.

Hi I first heard of this fragrance line a few years ago from LuuLuu here on KZread. I got Lextase and caresse de roses. The roses to me is pretty but very light & not long lasting. I want to try the others. ❤

I have carven L’absolue created by FK, it’s a sexy citrus for spring and summer nights. Very affordable

I have the caresse. I think prfect for office.

I have all 3 of the Nina Ricci’s, the (L’extase line) original one is beautiful but is not as strong as the other 2 I have. I have backups of both the absolue and Extase versions. They’re charging way too much now for the absolue one now compared to the other 2. I’m glad I got them a long time ago, when they were all priced about the same. I never got the blue bottle though..

I love Rose Extase, for me it smells like Delina without the sharpness I don't like on my skin, it is so fresh. I also have L'extase absolu Sarah Mayes made me buy that one.

I’m going to share my gem I picked up (new in box) from an estate sale two weeks ago. It’s Bebe. This is the description from Fragrantica: Bebe by Bebe is a Amber Floral fragrance for women. Bebe was launched in 2009. The nose behind this fragrance is Francis Kurkdjian. Top notes are Mango, Tuberose and Sweet Pea; middle notes are Rose, Jasmine and Peony; base notes are Sandalwood, Virginia Cedar and Musk.

I have Ted Lapidus White Soul Gold&Diamonds, Lanvin Rumeur, Burberry Her Intense. All from F. Kurkdjan ♥️. All affordable.

I own a blue green one

I own the absolue. I think it smells yummy and dark.

I have Burberry Her Intense, Classique intense, Cool Water Wave, Lolitaland, Narcisso Rodriguez for her, White Soul and Diamonds (I think its a deadringer for Alien and l have back up bottles) The l'extase Collection with the exce of the rose absolue, its now £80 cosidering its previous reta price, too dear but l already have the Oud Satin Mood and the jury is still out on that one for me.

The pink one have a strange smell on me, I gave it to my mother and it's beautyful on her.🤷‍♀

I own 4 out of 5. I’m missing Chant. I heard it’s similar to Olympea, so I’m not in a rush to get it since I own a dupe. My least favorite is Caresse de Roses. I’m going to give it away to my mom.

I don't find Chant similar to Olympia. It's more citrus and more fresh than Olympea. Olympea has the salt and is sweeter 😀

Isn't that weird the way fragrances have to grow on us at times?

I own Rose Extase, Chant D'Extase, and a decant of L'extase (need a full bottle). The only one I don't know about is Chant - I like it, but something about the sea notes and caramel combined is a little bit nauseating to me.

By the way, I want Oud Satin Mood and Tihota, both by the Master Kurkdjian. Their price tags are keeping me at bay.

I love it but I get what they mean...I thought that at first but the more I sniffed it the more I fell in love with it...It still smells "mature" but I would say its a very sophisticated fragrance...it's actually a favorite in my collection!

I just received the rose absolue and chant d extase and I have to return them 😢😢 to my nose they smell reallyyyyy cheap 😔

Lady Vengeance - Juliette has a Gun. Pretty, spicy, woody rose. I believe the house is Nina Ricci’s son…so that makes sense that he is the perfumer for him as well.
