Aerial Yoga Beginner's Class | 5 Pose Open Hammock Flow
In this video, I will guide you through FIVE open hammock poses to help you build grace and flow in your practice. One of the poses you'll learn is the Open Hammock, Inverted Badhakonasana, or Butterfly/Bound Angle Pose. This sequence is designed so you can easily rinse and repeat it as many times as you like, with the start and end position landing you in the same pose 👉🏼 Savasana.

So glad you’re doing this so many people don’t do the open hammock which I love so much. They mostly do what I like to call dental floss lol and they often make it look very athletic and yes graceful but the beauty of the fabric is half of it I think

I just bought a yoga trapeze from yogabody and I've found it to be a bit uncomfortable and even painful at times where the fabric bunches and there are plastic clips. THIS hammock looks silky soft!!!

I bought mine from Amazon. $300
My shoulders are super sore. It even hurts to move them, I have held on lightly and fell to my shoulders.the rope pulled and hurt them. Any tips for grip?

I only installed my hammock yesterday, never been on one before…it was quite nerve wracking but study the grip she uses and how the material falls and wraps and you should be fine!? I keep worrying my hooks are going to fall from the ceiling 🙀
