I’m torn between the hb e8t evo 3 and now this truck as the HB is suddenly out of stock everywhere… the pillow ball steering and the long dogbone to the back wheels put me off but everything else looks great… I’m still leaning towards the HB but this is looking good… Ps: any problems with the servo housing..? Is it still intact? Cheers

Agreeded if you are coming from a C-Hub car this one will drive differently. I came from the XT8E and this one rounds the corners differently but once i changed my driving to compensate I’m faster 🤷♂️. No problems with the dogbone, its cheaper to replace than the universals too so thats good. The servo is pretty much worn out already. Cant center the gears have worn. Testing a new JX servo in this car now. This kit is instock at rc10.com

The AE is way ahead of the XT8 in my opinion. The Truck is more responsive than the XT8 and more durable. Parts are cheaper its a win win

You will need to trim it in the rear to get it to fit.

@@SuperFastRc you could turn on low voltage cut off and test it first. In 1/10 scale stock class guys run them down to 3.1 but I haven’t tried that

@@jojoe469 lots of factors here! What is supported locally at your track? What are other guys running? They are both great truggies and you will be happy with either! I would say this. Tune ability i would give to the RC8 Durability i would give a slight edge to the tekno. I have seen both break at my track. Both break front arms.
