A lot of people don’t understand snow driving and acclimating their vehicle. But when you live in Michigan and love RC cars, you gets smart fast. We were in Alpena running again this weekend. No snow at all. Taking full advantage getting as much drive time in as possible. Love the bronco with the paddle tracks

Yeah man... And that's why I try to talk about it whenever I remember,😄 Acclimating your vehicle is absolutely key.😊👍 Alpena... You're a bit north of me, I'm in between Kalkaska and Mancelona. We normally have a ton of snow this time of the year, but the El nino weather pattern has got it all messed up,🙄☹️ we actually had a green Christmas 😔, it was the first green Christmas that I've ever witnessed up here. 😕 All of our snow melted the day after this video was filmed, and it's been relatively warm for the last week, "thankfully it cooled down yesterday and we actually got a little bit of snow,😊 but it was only enough to cover the lawn.☹️ Hopefully the weather stays cold for awhile, I'm starting to get winter RC adventure withdrawals.😄 Lol Thanks for your great comment Dan, and I wish you all the best going into the new year.😁👍

@@1Axis misunderstanding. I was in Alpena at a competition rock crawling event.. I live way down state in the heart of the thumb!!! Caro mi I spend a lot of time in Northern Michigan. I love going to Rockport my teeny trucks lol.

@@1Axis you’re ever looking for someone to get together with I seem to have a hard time finding people from the thumb that like to go out looking for some adventure with the tiny trucks. I got my son who is always busy and my grandson who’s found video games lol.

Nice run. If the adventure course had 2 more inches of snow I think you would have dominated. But the tracks definitely shine in the snow.👍

More snow would have been better, and right now we have Zero 😭 Mother nature gave us a warm up, and melted all my fun away.☹️ The Trx6 will be going back out next "after the next bit of snow arrives" 😄 I changed out all of the tires to 1.9" Deep Woods, and I'm curious to see if it makes a difference.😁 Thanks for checking out the show Doug, and I hope you and your family had a great Christmas.😊🤜🤛🎄🎁

It wasn't then, but it definitely is right now, "Like right now" 😄 lol we just received about 12+" inches of fresh powder and it's still coming down.😊 The snow in this video started melting the very next day, and disappeared completely by about two days later,🙄 And we proceeded to be snowless for the next week or so.😕 The weather has been real goofy so far this season 🙄 "a lot of ups and downs in the temperatures" But right now it's snowing like a Mother F'er 😄 lol We will be getting something out when it's done, Not sure wether it will be the Blizzards or something else, but we will definitely be getting the RC's out.😁 Thanks for your great suggestion Stepside, and many more for checking out the video my friend. 😊👍

Thanks Kevin 😁👍 Next one will be the Trx6, "Except with different tires, I had 6 extra Redcat 1.9 Iroks sitting here, and then decided to scrape together 6 Deep Woods instead.😄 I removed the Swampers from the Boom Racing wheels last night, and installed the Deep Woods back on to those Red aluminum wheels. I actually did a whole bunch of tire swapping last night,🙄 14 tires in total, that were all mounted on aluminum wheels, It was a long night. 😂 Lol So the trx6 will be next, "just waiting on some snow,😕 it warmed up, and has been in the 40-50° degree Fahrenheit range, for the last few days, and we currently have Zero snow, "absolute zero.☹️😭 In the meantime I might start working on the Tamiya Volvo A60H project.😁 Thanks for your kindness and Christmas wishes my friend,😊👍 and I hope that you and your family had a Great Christmas as well. 😁🎄

Yeah, we supposed to have a blizzard here., I think we all ended up like about 4 or 5 inches of snow. ., Kind of hoping the thing would blow over and get out of here,, They were saying something like nine inches, I think at the most we got 4in

@kevinbreaker2683 Should be...😁 I was going to put the Redcat tires on it, but then I started thinking about tire sizes, and decided to give the trx6 the most advantage that I can offer, and installed the larger Deep Woods instead.😊 Speaking of Deep Woods "did you hear that those tires have been discontinued ? 😕☹️ Someone mentioned it to me in a comment a few weeks ago and I couldn't believe it, but it's true.☹️ I'm not ot sure what the reason is for it either 🤔 because those are "in my opinion" one of the best 1.9's available 😕 it doesn't make sense why they would drop it unless the whole company is shutting down or something, weird.... 😕 Anyways... I'm a broke mother f'er at the moment and couldn't afford to get my brother Ian a Christmas present, so I decided to give him the Deep Woods from my bronco to put on his trx6, along with doing the entire tire swap on the house, so I put my four deep woods on the back, and then took two of the deep woods off of his Axial Wraith to put on the front, and then I took 4 of the Swampers from the trx6, and installed them onto the Wraith's aluminum wheels, then I custom trimmed the trx6's front deep woods "to match my tires that were on the back, And then my orange 1.9 aluminum wheels, went into the toolbox for future use. Ian's happy and the Trx6 is looking pretty darn sweet. Technically I could take that truck out tomorrow, but I'd rather wait for some snow. 😄👍
