Thank you for taking us with you on the journey and always trying your best to remind us that there’s a big world out there to explore.
I’m sure you realize that many of your viewers are riding along in our imagination, as we are too old, sick or dying. Our last chance to see this amazing country! Thank you! 😊

And at least One of us is going thru Phy. Therapy, nursing a broken ankle ( motorcycle ). 2-1/2 months and counting . . . ☆
I never realized until viewing recent Alaska Videos that the insects are so thick, and big. Can put a damper on the fun.
Great video something about taking a bike trip by yourself even for a couple days is so cathartic brings peace to the soul
10:18 Wowzers... That's gotta be absolutely rad in person... The mountains look like lemon meringue pie glittered with diamonds or somethin'...
My wife and I have started watching Betting on Alaska and may I say, you and Brooke did a fantastic job raising that young man. The world needs more young people with their heads on straight! Oh...also enjoying your vids too...

What he said. Except for the wife part.
"I don't remember any of this highway...that's the good thing about getting older" LOL ;)
This is making my brain feel at peace 🕊️
I live in AUS and swear by it for its beautiful landscape but damn now i know why everyone loves America, at least these beautiful untainted parts.
I have watched this 3 or 4 times and have fallen asleep a couple of times to it. What a great story. It makes me homesick. I am so happy for Mickey. And Belle!...whether she wants it or not.

I just sighed all the way through. I'm grateful for you taking me to places I will never get to see.
I absolutely LOVED the Denali Hi Way. My most favorite place on Earth in the 16 years I lived there. I have never seen anything so impressive, and now I'm in north western MT, and that still holds true.
Man of the same heart, nothing gives you the sense of freedom like being out on a bike, I have had a bike from when I was 15 yrs old and I am 70 yrs old next weekend and still ride a bike, many thanks for sharing, cheers Ian from England

OMGoodness, I just realized who you've always reminded me of, Dave! It's Dick Proenneke! I fell in love with Alaska because of him and at times you sound just like him! Anyway, I appreciate all that you, Brooke, and now Mick are sharing! Blessings to all of your family!
Wow! Quite the ride! Thank you so much for taking us along. Something I won’t do but hopefully my grandson and his girlfriend will enjoy on their motorcycles. Thank you
Aww tat was awesome, especially the scenery yes...thanks Dave for riding with you..be safe 😀wow tat was awesome 👌
In 2012, went down the Denali Hwy on a Caribou hunt w/ friends. Went to mile 88, one area the Caribou migrate through. When we got there, I spotted a grizzly on a kill he had covered. They got the grizzly. According to Fish & Game, then, if you killed a 3 yr old grizzly, you saved 20 Caribou & 20 Moose in his normal life span. You are so right that cameras an never catch the awe and majesty of this amazing place called Alaska. That's what made me move here from VA!😊❤😍
Thanks for taking me on a motorcycle road trip. Those are some beautiful views you showed. That was so nice you were able to meet up with the family to break bread and share. Can't wait till the next one. Godspeed.
Dave, you and your wife have kept me motivated for a while now, glad to see one of you kids taking up the same lifestyle. Much love from another Believer from down Kentucky way!
Those mountains are absolutely beautiful ❤❤
I agree totally. The things we did as kids, I cant imagine letting our kids do.
Another thing you can do when you get Older Dave, ... is hide your own Easter Eggs. Hahaha Excellent video. Thanks.
The most into the area than ever...such a beautiful nature all around 🎉
Thanks. That was a great trip for those of us who won't get to see it any other way. It was good to see Brooke and Mick, too
Amazing video. Would have never seen these sites without this video.
Thanks for filming this. It was fabulous to see all the beauty there.
Beautiful, thank you for taking us along. Blessings.
Gee Whiz! You can sure tell that you and Mick are cut from the same cloth! He looks a lot like his dad! Thanks for taking us along to Denali!
Three Whiples rendezvous for a garbage omelet but enjoy burritos as their family meal. 😋 This was fun 👍🥰🥳 🏍
A friend of mine took that trip twice! Drove his BMW all the way from ohio to Denali! He has 450,000 miles on that thing and has never washed it! Crazy bastard he is! Thanks for sharing!
Awesome trip! Great scenery, thanks Dave.
The view on that bike ride is incredible
OMG! This video brought back so many memories! In 2010, 3 of us started in Glen Allen , self supported, on our touring bicycles and rode to the Denali Hwy, rode the Hwy, and went on to Denali. We then rode the 95 miles to the the back of Denali National Park and camped at Wonder Lake. It was one of the most incredible 2 weeks of my life! The scenery! The wildlife! Like you said, you can’t do it justice with a camera! Absolutely awesome! Thanks for the video!
As a motorcyclist myself, please make more of these. I could listen to you explain Alaskan routes all day.
Thanks for ride absolutely beautiful.
U and the girl in the woods are awesome dont ever stop making videos, i enjoy them very much
Great road trip, Dave!! Thanks for taking us along🤩
Love this, thank you, Dave. I'm a 71 yr old gal that started riding motorcycle at 38 and have put about 80K miles in the saddle enjoying God's beauty. Your video got me to imagining the smells, bugs, changing temps, and especially the sights - all the blessings of motorcycling. Enjoy all the family's videos so much!
I do giggle when you say crikey. It's a creek to me.
Thank you for taking me on this trip with you. What a beautiful place. I love watching Mickey's channel, and of course Brooke's too.
Adventure bikes and dual sports are so dang fun! Thanks for taking us along!

Beautiful views, thank you for taking us along.
Such a happy momma. Beautiful family man. Hope you enjoy the rest of the summer!
Wow! Thank you for taking us with you.
That's a great family! Praise the Lord!
What a nice little adventure. As a lifelong fan of motorcycling (who also took a break of sorts when becoming a parent), this was especially engaging. I'm glad you went on the trip. What you said about "may be next time, may be never" is true. There are things I took for granted earlier in life, thinking I'd have the opportunity to do them later, but that's not always the case. Thanks for sharing. Be safe and have fun!

I Nice job..great video work..looking forward to the next trip
I was there in 2019, I loved every minute of it.
Love this! Such beautiful scenery! Please don't take this wrong, but I had to chuckle when you said you forgot the cover for the Go-pro because it reminded me of Mick forgetting his sleeping bag on his camping adventure last week! Just too cute! Y'all are such an amazing family & we are thankful to be brought along for your adventures! God bless!!!
My husband and I Love your videos!
People who don't ride just don't know what they're missing. Glad you're getting back out and enjoying having the breeze on the knees.
GOOD 👋 DAY 🐉 MATE! Gorgeous Dave, Thank-you For the Wonderful Journey. Safe Travels!
Boy did I enjoy that ride, thanks Dave!
Awesome trip, thankyou Dave for sharing your adventure. Yourself, Brook and now Mick are all inspirational. May our Good Lord bless and keep you all safe 🙏🏽❤
Thanks for taking us along David. Awesome video, later.
Beautiful trip!! I wish i could motorize my wheelchair and hit the road!! Thanks for the vid, lots of memories!!
Traveling for me these days is not an option, so I resort to fascinating views from you guys to fill that void. Thank you.
Dave, you & Brooke make me miss Alaska so much ❣️ Carry on Son. I am having adventures again through you & Brooke ❣️
Hi Dave, I make the trip to the Denali Highway every year. I usually take 3-4 days across from the Cantwell side, I take my time to camp and fish. Then, I go the Glenn Highway to Wasilla and back home to Willow. The lodge in Paxton was called the Paxon Lodge. I worked there as the dishwasher many years ago and the family that owned it were a crazy bunch, always arguing, lol. It was nice to see you making this trip, it is one of the no.1 areas to go. Great hunting as well. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for bringing us along your awesome adventure!
The veiws from a bike in alaska are hard to beat on a nice day!
Love those sunsets and sunrises
Awesome!! Thanks for taking us along. Beautiful out there for sure. A great trip
Pouting concrete, 4 trips by motorcycle from Wisconsin to AK, and now I’m restoring an old 12’x12’ trapper log cabin. Loving it!!!

A friend in his younger years also did long ride open stretch motorcycle trips. I remember his stories because he said he always carried a clean pop bottle worth of gasoline with him as his back up. This was for when the motorcycle vibration brain fuzzies would make him forget to top off his tank every chance he got along the route.
Loved tagging along! Lots of interesting things and gorgeous views! Hurry up and make another video!
Thanks for taking us along on the ride, I certainly enjoyed it. You are right about the camera not seeing what you see with your own two eyes.
These videos are such a blessing. I watch them before bed and feel relaxed
Thank you Dave for the beautiful ride. Be safe
Great trip & sights; thanks for sharing! Blessings to all 🤗💗🇨🇦
Yes, seize the day. Take it in as you go. Get up and go. Life is short. Good video.
Loved this video! Your voice is so calming! Your videos so remind me of my time in Alaska as a kid! It was rough roads in the late 50’s early 60’s! But I still love the Land of the Midnight Sun! It was great seeing Brooke and your son. Thank you! God bless y’all ❤️
That was a beautiful ride. Thanks for bringing us!
Dave, this was one of your best! Thanks so much.
Great video - I did the Alaska Highway run in 2009 on my 650 Suzuki VStrom. Will never forget the scenery and people in the North!

Hi Dave, I am your sons neighbor although I am about a mile away. One day when I see him I will stop by and have a chat with him. Loved the ride. Used to ride back in the '70s KZ1000 touring bike. Rode one day from Winnemucca, Nevada to Edgemont, South Dakota. Yeppers tired butt is a understatement.😁😁

Hi Dave, You may want to get a hold of Mick. I left him some visqueen to cover his floor with yesterday. I am fearful that if we get heavy rains that mold will grow under his floor or warp it .
Man the height of some of those mountains makes the ones I lived around in AZ look like hills.
Durning WWII my dad was stationed in California. I wasn’t born yet but my two sisters and a brother were. My dad had an Indian motorcycle and when he had time off the FIVE of them would go camping. My brother (about 6) rode in front of my dad, the two girls rode between my dad and my mom. Can you imagine, they would go for one night no more than two. Just seeing California sights. My dad often would say he wished he’d never sold that bike.
Great trip. Thanks for sharing all that beauty with us.
Just awesome, Dave. Can't put a price on lunch with family, no matter the roadtrip required! Love it.
Fun🎉🎉🎉🎉great to see son and Brooke too!!! Thanks friends
