Adventure Island (1947), in color
Фильм және анимация
Sam Newfield, under the alias Peter Stewart, directing a film in color under the herald of Paramount Pictures. Produced independently in 1946 by William H. Pine and William C. Thomas for Paramount (but not at their studio), Sam enjoyed what was probably his longest shooting schedule: 19 days (not 29 as the IMDb reports). Filmed in Cinecolor, starring Rory Calhoun, Rhonda Fleming, Paul Kelly, John Abbott, and Alan Napier. Based on the Robert Louis Stevenson novel Ebb Tide. Most versions of this film are black and white television prints issued by Metropolis Productions.
