Advanced Pilates Workout | 30 Mins Deep Stretch & Strengthen Routine| At home Pilates

Join me for a 30 minute pilates advanced workout that includes deep stretches , core work and advanced pilates exercises to improve the strength, mobility and flexibility of all your joints. This is a full body stretch and pilates programme which will safely guide you towards more flexibility in your muscles and more mobility in your joints. With regular practice you will see and feel a significant improvement in both your joints range of motion in all directions and your overall muscle flexibility. I recommend you do this routine 3-4 times a week for 3 months if you are wanting to see improvements in both flexibility and joint mobility. This will also work as a great warm up or cool down to support your chosen sports or other workout choices.

Just completed this for spine and hip and I must say I think I heard some popping and realized that my hip are not lined up, which explains between excess bloating and my hip not lining up had a hard time on the butt lift had to hold with my hands, challenging, but felt WONDERFUL, THANK YOU! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Fabulous session, feel loose, warm and stretched! At beginning, did have to hold onto chair, put down back extended knee, but felt great! Missed the beginning yesterday, went for a walk with hubby at park, but the heat wiped me out🥵! So glad to get to this, yesterday was the only day in June I missed a workout from the terrific playlist, I’ve enjoyed it so much, feeling quite strong 💪🏻, fit and flexible, thanks for all you do! I agree about the short session playlist for July, I think that makes sense. If it gets very hot for you in 🇬🇧, please don’t overdo, you’ve given us so much wonderful content we can workout from!😊❤

I did this class this morning. I was a little doubtful I'd be able to do an advanced mobility class but really surprised myself as I managed all the moves. The only one I found hard was the pigeon pose on my right side as I have arthritis in my left hip and knee but by moving my foot closer to my body I could get down further. Thanks for another great session. I love the variety of your classes.

Great stretch Rachel as my piriformis is really giving me 'gib' and one of your routines really helps me get moving

Hi, having read your comment about ludicrous syndrome I can really sympathise. Mine was caused by the months of inactivity needed to recover from a badly broken leg. I found that regular use of the tight hamstrings and lazy glutes video really helped. I now do about 4 sessions a week and the pain is completely gone which has made a huge difference to both my physical and mental health. Good luck!
